BTR's Marty, and only Marty, arrived on time. I'm thinking to myself, "a one man roofing crew?" Marty and I went over what was to be done, and then I went back into the house and let Marty get to work. Marty is like an ant; a non-stop worker. When I looked out my window I saw a pile of rotted plywood and 2x4's on the ground. Marty informed me not only the plywood had rotted away but so had several 1x1's, 2x4's and at least 1 2x6 that he replaced. Marty also corrected the original flashing that was installed incorrectly 11 years ago. The leak was on the front-side of our home so I asked Marty to try to salvage as many original shingles as possible. Marty was able to use 99% of the original shingles. Marty spotted and repaired some other small defects, not because he had to, but because Marty takes pride in his work. Before leaving, Marty thoroughly cleaned up the area of all debris. If you have a roof repair call BTR, and tell them to send Marty. You'll be happy you did.

The service was outstanding from end to end! Mr. Dennis Booker showed up early for the appointment to provide the initial estimate. He took his time to educate me about the various roofing options and requirements. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the information he provided. He did not push for extra work for skylights as did some other roofers. The job was scheduled, materials delivered, and the crew arrived within 3 days of accepting the proposal. The job was completed in 2 days. Dennis returned to inspect the roof and ensure the work site was cleaned up properly. Finally, the price was right on with the estimate plus it was the lowest of the 4 credible estimates that I had received (I tossed out a 5th estimate that was well below the others I received).

I submitted a request for an estimate through the form on their website. I was contacted very quickly by David to set up an appointment and Dennis came out exactly as scheduled. He prepared an estimate for various options and was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us on deciding what roofing material was best for our situation. They were very accommodating about scheduling the job to suit my unique circumstances (13 dogs and numerous end of semester commitments). Dennis remained in contact throughout and was wonderful about communicating what was happening, why and when. The roofers came out one day and the gutter installers the next. Both crews were professional (and quick!), courteous and cleaned up completely. Dennis called to check in after the job was completed to make sure everything was satisfactory and answered a couple of questions I had completely. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this company.

They are superior. After they were done with the work there were a few issues. I spoke to Dennis that day and he was out there the same day and by the next day they were fixed. They are also competitive in price and also did what they said they were going to do. They provide quality customer service and I would recommend them everyone.

BTR did a good job replacing my roof. Detailed estimate provided upfront, no money paid till completion of job, completed job on time, workers cleaned up each day.

Dennis Baker came out to evaluate the problem and gave me his assessment of what needed to be done. He spent time talking to me about the repair options and what they may cost. I really appreciate the time he spent with me up-front to explain that if option A did not work, they would have to proceed to option B to resolve the problem. This really helped with managing my expectations of what really needed to be done to repair the leak. His crew came out and repaired the roof right away and the leak was fixed. We had a great experience with BTR and would call them again for any roofing or related problems we have.

We called several companies to find a chronic leak in our roof. None of their opinions or solutions coincided. Kevin's impression seemed the most believable. He was very thorough with his explanation and estimate. The work was done several weeks later, but there was no hurry due to the chronic nature of the problem. The workmen were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. (We didn't find any nails in the driveway.) We think the leak has been repaired, but it is hard to tell due to our lack of rain.

Very prompt, professional, completed it in about 1/2 the time that they estimated. Best price out of 4 or 5 estimates that I got.

BTR Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They were the only roofing company out of several that we called that was able to do the work in a reasonable time frame. They did a great job and were very professional. The price was good - we thought it would cost a lot more considering the damage. We were very pleased with the company. They were on time and easy to communicate with. We would definitely call them again.

They got the work done, but the service was lacking. The company was supposed to call and tell us when we were on the schedule, but they didn't until we had called them 2 or 3 times to inquire. Then we were told "The workers will begin Monday." A truck came at 7 a.m. that Monday and piled all the shingles on our driveway, but no workers arrived that day and we did not receive a phone call. The workers came out the following day, but seemingly none of them spoke English. We were very concerned that part of our roof was exposed when forecasts were calling for very heavy rains that night; it seemed impossible for them to finish in time. Somehow they did, at a seemingly much faster pace than they had completed the other work. It's been about six months so far, though, and we haven't seen any problems.

Dennis Baker was great when he promptly arrived to give me an estimate. I had originally called about the two shingles that had blown off and he did a thorough inspection and found other items that really did need attention given the roof is about 14 years old. He was very professional, explained and showed me the problem areas that I was not aware of (how often does one look at their roof for problems anyway). Thankfully I had not had any problems yet, but certainly could have if these needed repairs had gone undone much longer. He gave me an estimate and indicated they offer a 1-year warranty on their work. I did get a second quote on the same scope of work that came in much lower, however the other company was only offering a 60-day warranty on their work. BTR was competitive and willing to negotiate the cost and in the end, the 1-year warranty won me over as well as the fact that they lowered the cost based on my other estimate. They completed the work the next day!

In response to a leak in our sunroom, Dennis came within two business days of my call and found the source of the leaks (sloppy construction, exposed nail heads, inadequate flashing, decayed vent seals/collars). He gave us several options to consider and the prices for each. He didn't pressure us or overwhelm us with a sales pitch. Within a week the work was done. The workers were very prompt, very professional and worked quickly since there was a threat of rain the day they came. They finished the job on time and cleaned up thoroughly. After this weekend's rainstorm we're happy to report there were no leaks. We're very satisfied with BTR.

Kevin was very professional in his presentation of quote, options and work preformed. Responded to questions promptly. There was only one misunderstanding that had no material impact on the work performed. The crew worked very hard and appear to have done quality work. They also cleaned up well for the most part. No major issues.

They came out on time and provided a good estimate. The nice thing about them was they didn't have a hard sale. We're not going to go with this company because they were a little expensive. They weren't as informative as other companies that provided estimates, but I don't like long presentations anyway, so it was nice.

It went well & was totally painless. The customer service was good. We were helped promptly and the "diagnosis" was honest. Kevin came to our home early & performed the work that was needed. The price was fair and he even said he'd talk to our buyers inspector if needed.

Kevin called back the same day to schedule an appointment. Set up a time the next week (due to my work schedule, not his). He called the day of the appointment to tell me he was running ten minutes late but was on his way. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, even made suggestions about better ways to ventilate the attic the next time I replace my roof. We scheduled the job three days later. The workman arrived on time, was professional and friendly and neat. I've remodeled/rebuilt two older homes and feel I'm skilled at "reading" people and finding the right person for the job. I'd talked to other roofing companies but wasn't impressed, one even told me I'd have to hire an electrician to disconnect the old fan and then have him come out again to connect the new fan after installation, a HUGE extra expense that I didn't have ten years ago when I replaced this same fan. BTR did everything and charged me $25 less than the company I used ten years ago!!

They were fabulous. I had used them a few years ago, and called them back out again. They took care of me.

Dennis came out on time. He was excellent in explaining what needed to be done, how it would be done and when he could have it done. The price he quoted was very reasonable and I will most likely be using his company. Just from getting the quote, I would encourage anyone to call Dennis. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism that I received from the company. They showed up on time and completed the entire job in 2 days. They cleaned up after they were done. Kevin showed up to give me the bill and to walk the site to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work done. I was and have recommended them to other neighbors.

Josh was very courteous and came out for the estimate very quickly. Encountered a few problems an the project, but they handled them and stayed on budget.

The overall experience was great. BTR was very responsive, always able to come out right away with on on site estimate. They fixed the leak immediately and were professional, and great to work with.
