They arrived when they said they would and worked efficiently. They had a diificult time with the ridge vent as the contractor had installed the origional incorrectly. We had one leak which they fixed promptly. The whole job was done in two days. They were very courteous and professional. We had to schedule a month in advance because it was a vacation home, but it could have been done within a few days if we'd been there.

Emailed BTR my inspection report. Received quotation via email. Signed their contract. They arrived on time, did the work specified and were professional in all regards.

We had a leak in the roof and around our chimney. They were very prompt and were very knowledgeable about the work. Mitt, who had come over to our house had done a very neat job. He was more than willing to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Their price wasn?t really reasonable, but the quality of work was excellent.

Company was professional and responsive from start to finish.

He said it was the shingles and there was a common problem with that particular type of shingles. I sent them to the company he said they came from and they sent a note back saying they were not their shingles. He said I had to replace the entire roof and gave me an estimate for around $10,000. I was able to fix the leak in the roof for a lot cheaper with another company.

They showed up on time; completed the work, and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased with their work. It was easy to make an appointment with them. The overall experience was good and I will use their services again if required.

They had to reschedule due to rain once but when they did come they were fast and efficient. It took only 1 day to complete the project because they worked from 830 am to about 8 pm. They were great and certainly live up to their reputation!

Marty was the man who did the repair. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He cleaned up after himself.

They made around 5 trips out to bring me samples of shingles that I wanted to see. They went out of their way to show us examples of what our roof would look like. We have been happy so far - the work is still in progress.

They told me they no longer offered their Angie's List coupon, although it is still on the website. They misdiagnosed the issue as a roof vent issue when it was really a bathroom pipe vent issue. They attempted to upsell me to put on a whole new roof for $11,000+, when I did not need it.

BTR was one of three estimates that I received. Dennis was punctual, very professional, and overall just a nice guy. He explained the entire process (what does the day of installation look like?), gave me all of my options regarding materials, warranties, etc... He also provided me with a sheet a references, samples of materials, his BBB information, and information regarding his relationship with Owens Corning. BTR was the middle estimate. One company was $300 higher, and the other was $1200 lower. When I investigated the lower estimate, I found many C-F reviews on Angies List and also some bad reviews of the materials they use (Cobra Ridge Cap) via Google. Given the importance of a roof, I felt this was probably a situation of "getting what you pay for." We had to reschedule twice (one my problem. the other because of weather) --- It was never an issue and BTR handled it very well. The day of installation Alex (the team lead) arrived about 8:00, very nice, very professional. He gave me an idea about when they would be done (early afternoon). Next thing you know they were off and running. Several guys tear off the old roof and others cleaning up as they went. Next thing you know (early afternoon) the roof was done, everything was clean, and the guys left. EVERY one of my neighbors has commented on A. how good the new roof looks and B. Their disbelief at how fast and efficient the guys were. Let's face it, I can think of many more enjoyable places to spend $5000, but if you need a roof done well, on-time, and CLEAN, then I can't imagine a better service provider.

I'm in real estate and when I need roofing done I use this business. They mostly do repairs for me but they're great. They're very nice people who are responsive and give good reports on their work. They're clear and concise in their explanations and they do good work.

Very positive experience. Even when they discovered that the roof had an unexpected extra layer of shingles, they did not charge more than was absolutely necessary and finished the job on schedule.

We had used BTR previously to fix some shingles that had blown off, and they advised that if shingles kept blowing off the roof, it probably needed to be replaced. So when we had a windstorm on December 29 which blew shingles off of our roof, we knew it was time to get a new roof. Dennis came out and inspected the roof, then gave us an estimate and explained all of the pricing options. He was very helpful in giving us all the information that we needed for our Homeowners Association requirements, and made sure that he could fit us in to his busy scheduled in a quick manner. After HOA approval, Dennis got his crew out at the house in 3 days, and they did an excellent job in replacing the shingles. They also did a very good job in cleaning up all of the debris, and completed the entire job in 1 day. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

They were very satisfactory. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I called BTR to get them to check a hole in my roof as well as an estimate for a brand new roof. The price given for the repair was very reasonable and they also told me candidly that I would not need a new roof for at least a few months to a year. I've since gotten estimates from others on a new roof and BTR was still the most reasonably priced thus far. I plan to use them again in a year or so to replace the entire roof. As for the repair, they came out with in 5 days of the estimate. They completed the work and no mess was made.

It went OK. The quality of work seems to be very good. However, the first person to come out to do the work didn't do everything that was quoted on the estimate. I discovered this when going out on the roof myself the next day. They were prompt in sending a 2nd technician out to inspect things and he confirmed that all of the work was not done. He also did a good job in terms of the work quality. It just concerns me that the first guys missed the flashing in an important area, and it was up to me to discover it. There was also a confusion in the scheduling, and the first technician did not arrive at the original scheduled time.

I was really pleased with my new roof, and I would definitely use this company again for a new roof or roof repairs. The final price was exactly as quoted, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and the workers were very courteous. When Dennis came out to estimate the work, he was very helpful in explaining my options. It was a friendly and informative sales presentation, without the usual hard-sell. The quality of the work is excellent. I recommended BTR to my neighbor, who promptly negotiated a new roof as well.

Spoke to Dennis at BTR months prior and he came out to provide an estimate. Since work was related to an insurance claim, some months passed between the original estimate and the work being performed. Dennis provided an updated proposal, explained everything that his roofers would do and then told me where I would fit on his schedule. Dennis had a 2 month backlog of work, but told us exactly when he thought he'd get to us, told us what to expect and in 2 days, his crew had finished the work. The crew was courteous and did all the work as expected. The cleanup was also good. BTR's price quote came in higher than other bids, but Dennis was the only one who went up on the roof to provide an estimate, saw some problems around our chimney that could be corrected and performed the work. The work was done for the estimated amount. An extra $45 was added because a rotted piece of plywood needed to be replaced. I already recommended BTR to my next door neighbor.

BTR Construction and Roofing did an excellent job and I have no doubt that the repairs will last as long as the house is standing. All of their employees were exceptionally polite and did professional work. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of roofing or roof repair. They are really great and it's very rare for me to make such a recommendation.

They were efficient, reasonable, and we no longer have a leak. They were very pleasant and we were pleased.

Dennis Baker was on time, sent his crew in and the work was performed in a timely manner. No further leaks.

Kevin came out to give me an estimate soon after I called BTR. He was very informative and thorough. He was also very honest, explaining the exact costs and the one variable cost (plywood) that he wouldn't know until they removed the old roof. He offered specific suggestions for our gutter problems, with specific quotes on what he could do. He suggested that in order to decide a color of roof, that we look at ones that he had done recently. That was very helpful in choosing the right color. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Whenever I called, a live person (either Tammy or Kevin himself) answered the phone. The crew was efficient and finished in 2 days for the roof. Another crew came to do the gutters. We were very pleased with the entire experience, and are thinking of hiring BTR when we decide to do siding or windows.

I called for an estimate. They gave me an appointment right away. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful. The person that came to the house was on time. Did a thorough inspection to determine problem. Explained the problem in great detail. Told us when they could come out and fix the roof. Called the day before to let us know they were coming. Did the work. We were very happy with the service.

They did a great job. We have had no problems since.
