BTR Construction & Roofing Company Inc did a great job. Things went smooth. They were in and out in a very minimal amount of time. I?m really happy with their work. I would definitely use them in the future.

The quote they gave me was reasonable. They were the best of the companies that we looked at.

I actually was very happy with them. I thought the rep was very pleasant, informative, and their prices very fair. When they hadn't heard back from me after awhile, they called to follow-up but were not pushy in any sense. I would definitely have used them. However, I generally get more than one estimate on large jobs and while it was a toss-up, another company just seemed to click with me. It was strictly a personal thing. I could just as easily have gone with BTR with an equal amount of comfort level.

We got estimates from several different insulators. Dennis gave us the best estimate - explained what he and his crew would do, why, and how long it would take .Other companies offered no details, did not respond to phone calls or emails. He answered our later emailed questions promptly. On the day of installation, Dennis and crew arrived promptly. They were polite, professional, and friendly. Work started quickly and went smoothly. When they were done, the crew cleaned up thoroughly. We are happy with the work.

They were punctual. They did a very good job and the price was reasonable.

Went very well. Not too important but did not clean handrails and garage door well. I will have to repaint.

When performing work, company damaged plaster gable and there were white spots on some shingles above carport - both of these were fixed by company. Also, some workers made degrading comments to family (in spanish). Within a year of job, some undulations under shingles above dining room appeared. Company claimed it was "bad wood" even though they originally stripped roof, inspected and replaced damaged wood. Calls to Kevin McHugh at company after this were not returned. On a minor note, company had to remove satellite dish from roof but did not have someone come out to re-aim it.

Called three companies out to replace soffit and facia that was rotten. I received a written proposal after the walk through on the scheduled day. The walk through was the most important piece of the process. They educated and explained what I had and what needed repaired and why. I felt very comfortable with their company and representatives. The work the guys did was great on this custom repair job. I would recommend.

I asked for a roofing exam as several neighbors were reporting hail damage and for an estimate to re-do insulation under the house. Alas, no hail damage. Representative explained estimate for replacing insulation, describing their certification process. I did have a couple of people say I could get the job done cheaper but as I had tried that route once before, I wanted a professional job?which I got. Once work was scheduled, crew was on time and did great job.

After Dennis' evaluation, he left me a proposal for the work he deemed necessary. It all appeared to be good ideas. I felt his prices might be a bit high, so requested bids from several other companies, and ultimately used another company to do the work. I appreciated the time and efforts of BTR, which gave me a basis from which to judge the other bids.

I had contact with Dennis who came out to price a blow in insulation job. I did not use them for the work because they were a little pricey. Yet, I found Dennis to be punctual, knowledgeable, and informative. Paying a bit more for a quality job is never a problem with me. I just had another highly recommended company come in with a lower price. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other services they may offer.

We noticed a small leak in our roof during the Christmas holidays. We scheduled a time for BTR to come out and give us an estimate. We received an estimate to both repair or replace the roof depending on what our insurance adjustor decided. BTR had discovered hail damage and stated that our insurance company might be willing to pay to replace the entire roof. Our insurance adjustor met with BTR and agreed to replace the roof. BTR dropped off several shingle samples at our request and e-mailed nearby addresses at which we could see different colors actually on roofs that BTR had installed. We selected our color and BTR promised us a roof in one day! Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the materials delivery, and the job was not completed. However, a crew of 12 was called to complete the job the following day, and when my husband and I arrived home from work around 5:00 PM, we had a brand new Owens Corning thirty-year roof with architectural shingles, no sign of construction materials and no obvious defects! BTR found six sheets of rotten/damaged plywood which it replaced at an additional charge of $315.00 over the initial estimate. As my husband built our home, he was careful during the inspection scheduled with BTR before signing off on the job. We have a beautiful new roof and can't say enough about this roofing company, especially since the BBB stated that roofing companies received the most complaints in Mecklenburg County during 2010 of any other type of company. I have referred BTR to my daughter and one of my son's friends without hesitation!

BTR did a superb job from start to finish. The team of Yale and Steve did a very careful, thorough job. At the end of the job, Kevin made sure we had just the right kind of porch door installed. Kevin subcontracted an excellent painting company, Chiodo Custom Painting. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. We feel like we have a new house on the outside!

Excellent service. Inspection appointment and actual fix all done within week. BTR recognized need for quick response to prevent water damage from getting even more evasive.

BTR did a great detailed job on quoting the job and explaining the options as well as energy efficient choices available. They did a great job installing the roof as well as cleaning up afterwards. I am very happy with their service and will be using them for additional work I need done as soon as I can budget for it.

Sales rep was courteous, punctual, and helpful. Crew was respectful and cleaned up the site. There were some glitches getting on their schedule, but after that things moved along.

Overall it went well. Took the time to explain work they were going to do. Company was very busy because of recent rainstorm and they did a good job of prioritizing our job even though it was a minor leak.

Everything went great. It was a few months ago so I can't remember the gentleman's name who came and gave me the quote, but he was very thorough and did a fabulous job of explaining my options. The work was completed two weeks later and everything was installed within one day. There were a few nails that I discovered around the yard, but I think it would be impossible for every single nail to be found, so that didn't bother me too much. The quote was right in the middle between two other quotes.

Owner was on time and very informative about his quote. Work was completely in timely manner by knowledgeable worker. Communication was tops. I waited thru several rainstorms to ensure work held up.

I received 3 quotes for insulating my attic. Two quotes came in between $500 and $600. BTR Roofing quoted me $3,000 (that is not a type-o). This seems like a wonderful company based on the reviews but I could never justify paying so much more - it would take you years and years to make that extra $2500 back in energy savings.

An estimate was given prior to work being done. Workman arrived and repaired problem area in time and with great care. Was punctual and cleaned up after wards.

BTR did a full roof replacement. I had them perform smaller repairs on two previous occasions, and was very satisfied with the results. The roof they replaced was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. They replaced rotten sheathing, and only replaced what had to be replaced. They could've easily told me that they had to replace all the sheathing, but I commend them on their integrity. Dennis was always professional and courteous and took time to explain exactly what they were going to do. The crew showed up when scheduled and did a very nice job when they replaced my roof. There was basically no mess left behind - they were very thorough and made sure that they cleaned up and did not damage any greenery around my house. I am very pleased with their work.

They did an incredible job. They were very prompt and completely replaced the roof in half a day. Their cleanup of the old roof was immaculate. Approximately one week later they sent a rep by to check the workmanship and to make sure I was happy with the job that was done.

I contracted with BTR in August to have a new roof put on my two story, 2700 square foot home. The house is 18 years old and the old roof had started to deteriorate and had a small leak near the ridge vent. They were busy and I knew I'd have to wait, but felt confident that they had given me a fair price and would do a good job. I was not disappointed. The three man crew worked quickly and efficiently and kept me in the loop. When they found the rot on one side of the roof, they showed me the area and then replaced the wood. After the work was finished, the crew did a thorough clean up. Someone else from BTR came out a few days later and did a final inspection.

Called for a quote and the sent someone out within a couple days of calling. Provided us with a couple of options to fix the leak. We decided on the fully warrantied option, once they received the signed work order, they put us on the schedule and the work was completed within a week of the initial phone call.
