Scheduled first thing in the morning. They were here on time and efficiently went about their business. No problems, polite and professional.

The overall experience went very well. He showed up on time and completed the job very quickly even blowing leaves out of the backyard. I would definitely use them again.

All I can say is WoW! Chris called on his way to give me his ETA. Got busy right away on the gutters which were beyond full and wet and gunky. He washed the surrounding roof, the deck and front porch and sidewalk...any area that had been spattered by the gunk as he cleaned out the gutters. He also checked out a couple of other issues I needed repaired, gave me estimates for future work and even changed out a light bulb for me in the process! Most importantly, he was respectful, professional and obviously someone concerned about doing right for the customer as well as assuring that the customer - me in this instance - will continue to use his services. And I will, because of the excellent job he did and the care he took in doing it right. I highly recommend this company and Chris.

1st rep inspected parts of roof he could access. A few days later, owner's son came back to inspect the rest. ( A longer ladder was needed.) Both reps were very cordial and knowledgeable. They spent ample time inspecting and conversing about not only my roof, but also unrelated topics. Neither rep acted as if they were in a hurry. The owner's son even did some minor maintenance - not only at no charge, but he also refused a tip.

Scheduled easily and actually showed up early. Cleaned the gutters. Left a bit of a mess (did not bag), but not terrible. About what we we expected for the price.

We bought a big deal for them. They are also looking at some wood replacement and will be sending me a quote. The gentleman was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He pretty much sat and talked to me for a while about different things that his company could help, with the issues that we had with the house, that we were trying repair. There wasn't really anything that they could have done better. Their price was reasonable compared to what we have paid in the past. They cleaned up and did a great job. Their responsiveness was very good. They were there before me.

Chris came to clean out our gutters, which we have sadly ignored for years. Yet, he got it done. And he was honest with his overall assessment of our roof. We will never have to ignore our gutters again. We'll simply contact BTR, and ask for Chris. Great job!!!

After I signed up for the deal, I was contacted promptly. A date and time were set. The service person (who was also a sales rep for the company) called to say he was on his way. He did the job, cleaned up, and suggested a gutter product that is available now to keep the leaves and debris out of the gutters. He left a flyer and suggested that I check out their website. I got a good deal on gutter cleaning and the company had an opportunity for one on one marketing.

Dennis arrived on time to assess the issue and provide an estimate. He was very helpful in making sure I understood the problem and the steps needed to repair it. His crew arrived as scheduled to fix the roof. They were professional and left no debris. They also went out of their way to salvage the shingles for re-use since the patch was in the front of the house and new tiles may not have matched perfectly. I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them again in the future!

I purchased the $99 deal for gutter cleaning through Angie's List and the company was pro-active in calling me to set up the appointment. They were prompt in coming out to clean my gutters when I set up the appointment and did a very good job. Some of my gutters are very high up so is more difficult than the average house.

Great experience! Friendly staff from office to onsite. Workers arrived on time, cleaned all gutters and downspouts. Removed roof debris. Did a great job! Finished in about an hour. Cleaned up when finished. Will use again.

Had an appointmenf for Thursday and they called to reschedule to Friday or Saturday. Since I didn't need to be home for them to clean the gutters it was not really a big deal to me. They came on Saturday and did a great job. The gutter was loose and he tightened it. He also replaced some parts that were worn. Service was very professional and courteous.

1st time scheduled, I had to cancel because the provider was over 2 hours late. Second time scheduled, he showed up on time and provided service that we paid for. No problems.

I walked around the house with the service provider and showed him the areas of concern. He promptly got started cleaning the gutters. He removed leaves that had collected in the valleys higher on the roof. This was not an easy job. It is a two story house with a steep pitch. I had to leave before he finished, but when I returned home the job was finished, and he even blew off my driveway. I was very please with the service and would use this company again.

The company called the morning after I purchased the voucher and asked if they could come out to clean my gutters that morning. They set a time and were here as promised. The gentleman went to work immediately and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this service to others. My husband was very pleased that he did not have to handle this task.

This company is really great. Easy to work with, punctual and does a great job. Had them do gutters at my home and rental property and could not have ben more satisfied

I bought the Angie's list big deal for $99 for gutter cleaning. Before I could contact BTR, they called me to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment. Scheduling an appointment was easy to do and I got a day that I would be available. The morning of our cleaning, it had gotten so cold that there was frost on the room and gutters. So, instead of starting the gutter cleaning at 8:30am like planned, we were visited and told that they would return in the afternoon, once the frost burned off so that the cleaning would be safe. I wasn't able to be present in the afternoon but, when I returned from work that day, the gutters looked cleaned. BTR left us a note saying that they had also inspected our roof and that it didn't have anything that needed repair. I almost expected them to give us a list of small repairs that would need to be done after their inspection (despite our roobeing fairly new) but I was encouraged by the honesty to say that the roof looked good and that they just needed to do the gutter cleaning. I would definitely use BTR again for gutter cleaning and would probably feel comfortable with them working on my roof for any other issues that may come up in the future.

Purchased a big deal. The company called me to schedule an appointment as the tech was to be in my area. Tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time was very professional, performed the work in a timely manner and he provided feedback on the roofing and potential issues related to the roofing from holes in the shingles and provided advise on the siding issues that may need attention in the future. He provided an estimate for gutter covers to consider with no pressure for the sale.

I called and made an appointment. Chris replied promptly and showed up when he said he would. Did an excellent job and even brought to my attention some excessive mulch buildup around me AC unit.
