It was a good experience. He came exactly when he said he was going to be here. I have not had any problems since the work was completed. They even provided a three year warranty on the work. I have recommended them to a friend and I would hire them again.

I was able to use a coupon for the whole service from the Angies List publication. They arrived early and the crew was quiet, professional, and diligent. They kept working hard throughout the day. They did not play loud music or yell at all. I thought they were wonderful and I thought they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called several Roofing companies about installing a standing seam metal roof on my pier. BTR was the best price. They did everything when they said they would do it and were very professional. They cleaned up any debris afterwards. I'll definitely use them in the future.

The quote was reasonable. I went with a different company. I didn't go with them because there was someone else that came along in who was more professional.

It was a wonderful experience. I bought the Angie's List Big-Deal for gutter cleaning/inspection on my home for $99. I called BTR Construction and Roofing and scheduled a time. They came out, cleaned my gutters and inspected them, AND I didn't have to be home to meet them there! It was a convenient, wonderful experience! Great job and great company!

Everything was completed professionally and as requested. Chris found some issues of concern and was going to send an estimate, but never received it. Perhaps they weren't as serious as was first indicated.

They contacted me quickly after I purchased the "big deal" set up a time an date. Arrived exactly as scheduled. Professionally dressed with well labeled vehicle. Cleaned gutters and inspected roof. Provided a detailed no pressure estimate of other suggested work and repairs. Followed up in 2 weeks by email again low pressure. Very professional, courteous and will definitely use in the future.

Update July 25, 2013: Supplier of roofing materials filed lien against our home on July 2, 2013 for NON-PAYMENT by BTR. We paid our bill in full with 3 days of original service (3/8/2013). Based on this experience I will make sure that a Lien Waiver is put into any future home improvement projects. Update May 2013: BTR did NOT pay the supplier for the roofing materials for my new roof. Supplier notified me in early May 2013 that they had not received payment from BTR. We contacted BTR and they told us they had paid and that this was happening to us to make BTR look bad. BTR spent 30 minutes with me to explain their estimate and the different options available. They gave me the estimate while onsite. Their team was very professional and polite. We have a 3700' home with a very steep roof and five gables ... I had been expecting a to pay much more. I highly recommend BTR! I would use them again in the future without question!

They did very great job and after finishing they cleaned all mess made by the gutter cleaning and roof debris removal and they did a inspection and what should be done to fix it. I higthly recomend.

Based upon ratings, reviews and previous work done close to our home we selected BTR. We contacted them to schedule an estimate and they responded promptly. They visited our home, made an inspection and submitted an estimate which we reviewed and thought fair. They promptly scheduled the work within one week of our agreement to the estimate and completed all tasks in a timely fashion.

For the work he completed, he did a fine job.

It took several weeks to arrange the inspection, as both the vendor and I were working under tight schedules at the time. The inspection was professional but information/detail-light compared to my expectations.

The company was very responsive and arrived at the specified time. The gentleman cleaned the gutters and inspected for other roof problems and took care of them. I later had them install the gutter protection in the back for a reasonable cost. .
