I wasn't pleased with them. I mean they did a great job and everything, but they left trash inside my house in the ceiling area and I called them back and told them about it and they didn't seem to want to do anything about it. They just left the wood shavings all up inside the attic. It was a little higher than two of the other companies that I looked at.

Dennis from BTR Construction responded quickly to my request and was very helpful and professional. Because this was a small job I was concerned about a company's willingness to respond He assured me they were in business to help people and no job was too small. I received a quote very quickly via email. I received a call from Dennis scheduling the repair the following week. I was impressed with his prompt reply and the timing of the repair. Marty showed up when scheduled and immediately went to work. Marty was very professional and pleasant. He never stopped working even though we had light rain. He finished the vinyl siding repair quickly and did a great job. I am very pleased with the way it looks. Part of the quote was to replace the dryer vent covers. I purchased the incorrect replacements but after examining the covers Marty said it wasn't necessary to replace them. Because he didn't replace the covers he cleaned my gutters all around the house. They were in bad condition which he saw when he replaced the soffit. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and that he saw something that needed to be done and did it. I would hire BTR Construction again if the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to request Marty.

During a bad thunderstorm (2+ inches of rain) we noticed water leaking into one of the bedrooms. It was late on Sunday night so we looked at Angie's List and called BTR Roofing first thing the next morning. They sent a repairman out to assess the damage within 2 hours of our call. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He repaired the leak and also inspected the rest of the roof for us. We also asked him to fix the areas on the roof where we had previous Satellite Dishes installed, he sealed up the holes and replaced the shingles. Great job, great price, and will definitely use BTR again in the future. Thanks BTR!

BTR did a great job. The inspection did turn up some issues that needed to be looked at. So, Chris took photo's illustrating the problems and explained in detail what work needed to be done to address them. I will use BTR again!

Their estimate was higher than my first choice and the first choice could wrap everything together the painting and the windows, but I will say the gentleman who came from BTR was very comfortable, he was very professional, very thorough, but his pricing was little higher than the person I have decided to use first. I had checked them through Angie's and found recommendations and good reviews and that was why I had them give me a quote for comparison, but my experience with them was nothing but just very good. He responded quickly and he was exactly here on time as he said he would be. He was very thorough about looking at everything, explained the quote. It was just a matter of dollars he was higher than the other quote. I would use him again and I would recommend him for others as well.

I purchased a Big Deal for BTR Construction & Roofing Co Inc. I had them clean the gutters on my house. The service and follow up was fine. Had a question about one gutter and called them back. They came out and repaired the gutter that was coming away from the house.

Very nice guy, did a good job, but left all the debris from the gutters all over the lawns and flower beds. Also, I have heard different things about "tipping" merchants used from Angie's List, so I flat out asked the guy. He said it was not necessary, but he would certainly appreciate it, so I gave him an extra $20.

It was fine. While he was here I got an estimate for a new roof but decided not to use them. They came out on the agreed upon time. They were responsive. He took measurements of the insulation and gave me an estimate of things to do to make it more energy efficient.

It went perfectly. They came out the day after we called them -on time! They inspected our entire roof and determined that we only needed to replace the flat portion of it. They immediately got us an estimate of which we felt was very fair. We then had the roof replaced about two weeks later. I would highly recommend them to others.

Bill showed up as scheduled and went around the house cleaning all the gutters... a couple of them were clogged up and he was able to unclog them fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend using this provider for gutter cleaning work... Very quick, punctual and professional.

The man who came is very honest. He told us what needed to be fixed and what past problems we may have had. He was very informative and helpful. He answered all questions we asked of him. Awsome.

Estimator was right on time, very eager to communicate, provided on the spot estimate and scheduled the work right then. I really liked this level of service. The scheduled appointment was setup and the roofer showed up a few minutes early, got right to work, did the repairs, cleaned up the old collars and debris, discussed the repair and the general condition of the roof, collected a check and off he went. The roofer sent to do the repairs had over 30 years of experience and I could see quickly, that he really knew his trade. Excellent pro for roofing repairs. I waited for a few storms to move through before posting this review, we have had no problems since these repairs. A job well done and I would certainly recommend BTR for any roofing repairs.

Owner of the company showed up to perform the work. Arrived early and completed work well. This is the second time we've used them and will continue to do so in the future and recommend them to others.

PERFECT. Dennis came out and did the assessment and Marty did the roof work and carpentry work. He was on time and did the work they said they were going to do. He double checked for additional concerns but found none. The work was completed in the time he said it would be complete. They were friendly and professional.

Had some serious storms hit the area and noticed I had a leak in my attic. Called BTR and asked them to come over for a quote. They were very responsive and showed up early the next morning. Being a roofing company I thought for sure they would come back and recommend replacement of the entire roof. But to my surprise they came back with a quote to repair the spots that were found and address other potential issues that appear to be on the verge of failure. The actual work was scheduled for a couple of days later and was completed with professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately since that time it hasn't rained significantly so I can't tell if the repairs did address the problem or not. But I was given a one-year warranty and they will take care of anything they missed previously. Overall very good experience. Felt like a real company and not a fly-by-night outfit that would leave you when you need them the most.

It went very well. I took advantage of their $111.00 gutter and roof cleaning special. Originally, we had some scheduling problems and I was concerned since they were forecasting rain for the weekend. But, they were able to make it happen and the owner Bill, and his son Kevin, came out on a Saturday to complete the job. Kevin did a great job clearing out the debris in the gutters and he also noticed a spot where there was exposed wood so he put a piece of metal flashing to protect it. I was really pleased with the service and the pride they take in their work. I will use this company again in the future.

Overall the experience was excellent... initial purchase, follow-up contacts, scheduling & completing the work was an easy & pleasant experience.

The technician from BTR could not have been more professional or courteous. He even explained a problem I was having w/one part of my roof that I didn't even know about and recommended a solution. He had a calming air and I felt very comfortable with him. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I wasn't there when they did the job. When I got home the gutters were cleaned and all debris was removed for the site.

They came in without a permit and actually got shut down by the town. Their workmanship was fine. When it was time to settle up the owner told us we had to pay extra for plywood but he wouldn't show me were and waived it once I asked. I think he was trying to rip me off on the price.
