He did a great job. There was no evidence of debris in our yard, as he cleaned and removed everything!

Removed and replaced multiple areas of rotted wood on five windows. Replaced with rot-proof PVC wherever possible. Arrived when expected and completed work satisfactorily. We used them to replace our roof several years ago, and were happy that they could also do this repair for us, since we have been very pleased with our roof. Recommend them highly.

This was purchased as an Angie's List "Big Deal", and the work was done promptly, efficiently and very well. I had several items on an inspection report and was only able to do a few at this point but will contact this provider again for the remainder of the items. They are excellent. Problem from previous roofing job that left my chimney siding rotting. Was discovered when the house was being painted. The previous roofers wen out of business. BTR was very personable during the estimate and did the work as promised. It is hard to really rate the quality as I can not get on the roof to inspect, but the work with siding and wood rot looks good, so I am only assume the chimney is done well. Thanks

Replaced a roof and did some fix up work on another section of the roof.

It went well. We called, scheduled a time for Kevin to come check out the wood on our home. He came when expected, he examined our wood, and told us his services were not needed at this time. He advised us to contact Angie's List for a full refund.

BTR had a huge response to their Big Deal, and they couldn't schedule a visit when I first called. After they visited, the estimate never appeared, and I had to contact them twice to get it. When it finally arrived, they wanted an additional $175 to repair my door, which is more than I want to pay. They were very courteous, but they clearly are interested in larger jobs than mine.

Very educational, but did not get the job.

The gentleman did a wonderful job pressure washing. Above and beyond!

I had three issues. Tow gutter joints were leaking and some flashing was originally installed incorrectly causing leakage onto my covered porch. | |Marty came out and was professional and courteous and very experience. He took care of the work in a timely manner.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were great. I paid an additional 175 Dollars. They were very prompt, quick to respond, professional, and they were very nice when they came out. I thought the price was reasonable.

The service was very good. They have excellent customer service; very fast and did a good job.

I purchased the Angie's Deal and they contacted me the next business day to set up an appointment that week. I explained I was up against a tight time table and they worked me in early the next week. Granted my job was not a large one, but he was very easy to work with and understood my situation and expectations.

I had a hole in my roof so i had BTR come out and do an inspection on my roof and the experience was so good that i am writing about it. Dennis one of the owners came to do the inspection he was a very pleasant and professional person also very informative. No matter how many question we asked he answered them. When he did the inspection he was very through he took pictures of all the problems we had so he could show us, drew them on a diagram for us to get a better idea of where they were located even showed us in the attic were the problems were so we could see them. He then explained how they occurred what would happen if they weren't fixed and how they would be fixed. He also showed us other roofs that were not fixed properly or done cheaply and the extra damage caused by it. It was nice that he was giving us an education on roofs. I also liked the fact that his company is very Eco friendly it was rated number one in the U.S for recycling shingles. So I decide to go with them to fix my roof ill write another review after they finish the work, but all in all seems like a great company.

I used another company purely due to a relationship with a close friend. Otherwise, I certainly would have gone with BTR and would highly recommend them.

I had BTR came out to see if my roof had storm damage. They came out and said that the roof did not have that much damage but had 5 shingles and some boots that needed to be replaced. They replaced the 5 shingles and some boots for $800.00. After the repair, I had my insurance adjuster come out and look at the roof. He said that the roof needed to be replaced that it did have storm damage. He asked who put the 5 shingles (some particle shingles). I told him who did it and what was done. He said that was a lot of money for what was replaced and offered the insurance company to reimburse me the $800.0 as well as money for a new roof.

I really enjoy working with them. I have gotten to know the principles over the years and we have a very good relationship. They do a very good job and I have no complaints. They are a little expensive but it reflects the quality of their work.

Showed up on time, performed services asked for even though the skies were black with a storm coming. I wouldn't have been on the roof during that but the worker was and everything has flowed well through the gutters since. Would definitely recommend.

We were away in Florida and my step-son was on site, he is difficult to impress but he said they did a great job!

Overall we were very satisfied. My only complaint was that they were working above both doors to our house at the same time during the removal process which made entering and exiting a bit dangerous. I discussed his with the owner who assured me he would review safety procedures with his employees.

There were some delays getting the work scheduled because of rain delays. After a few e-mails back and forth, the work was finally scheduled and performed to our satisfaction.
