The technician was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He completed the job very quickly. A stain guard was recommended when I scheduled the service as well as when the services were performed. I had a spill a few days after and do not feel the stain protectant did anything to prevent spill seeping into the carpet. I would not buy that again. Based on feedback from Charlotte Chemdry, Angie's list did not send my information as I requested specifically. I had to reach out to him for service.

They were good I was happy with the outcome. I like them because they do not use harsh chemicals.

The owner came and did the work and he was so nice. He was a self-confident, trustworthy person. He took his time and did a great job.

Initially I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned on Tuesday, however, when the technician arrived, he explained that his machine was not working (which took some time to understand- his explanation was unclear). He also explained that he did not have a backup carpet cleaning machine, even though this machine was notorious for breaking down. The technician arrived on time and helped us move small pieces of furniture prior to cleaning, but made constant complaints about his back and other excuses to avoid helping. Having to reschedule for the next day was very frustrating, but he completed the job in a timely fashion. If you use this company, plan on moving everything yourself prior to them coming to clean.

The couches and chairs were really dirty. He told me that he would do the best he could, and they really did turn out well. It was expensive, as upholstery cleaning always is. It took more than 3 hours (I was told on the phone 2 hours), and he showed up at the end of the timing window I was given. I would recommend them and will probably use them again, unless I can find someone cheaper for uphostery cleaning.

I called Chem-Dry to have the carpet in a large family room cleaned and they were able to schedule the appointment the next day. They told me it would take about an hour, however they did not quote me a price or give me information about how long the carpet would remain wet afterward. The representative arrived on time. The carpet had several stains which turned out to be resistant to the formula he used. The carpet had not been cleaned in over 2 1/2 years so I was not surprised that not all the stains came up. The representative was courteous and finished in under an hour. He told me the carpet would remain wet for 2 to 3 hours, however it was actually still wet hours later in some spots where he had worked particularly hard on stubborn stains. The price, $85, was extremely reasonable for the large size of the room and the amount of staining in the carpet.

I would recommend them to anyone...great job!!

Charlotte Chem Dry was easy to schedule an appointment with. Came out to the house within 48 hours. They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job!

Worker moved and replaced most furniture. Carpet looks great.

The rep came exactly on time and I only scheduled the visit the day before. He saw the stains and treated them without much problem (only one ink pad stain wouldn't go away). He left a free bottle of stain remover for me and was done within 1 hour.

Good job on cleaning very dirty hallway with pet stains. Very polite, friendly representative. Job was billed as estimated and carpet looked almost new.

The carpets they cleaned did not have a lot of stains, just a few small spots here and there, but the previous owners of the house had a dog, so there were a few urine stains that needed to be cleaned. There was also a slight pet-odor in the carpet. Charlotte Chem-Dry completed the work in less than two hours, and they did a fantastic job. The odor was completely gone afterwards, and the carpets looked brand new. The worker (can't remember his name now) was also extremely friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. He also explained each of the services they provided in detail and helped me to determine which services were right for me. He did not push me to pay for unnecessary services, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this service provider to others.

I phoned and set up an appointment with a polite lady. They came within the time specified and did a great job (I had moved the furniture so they could get to the underneath areas). They were very professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. They cleaned up perfectly.

RYAN WAS VERY POLITE, WORKED QUICKLY and THOROUGHLY. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. RED WINE STAINS WERE REMOVED FROM DEN CARPET.

John, the technician, was on time, very polite, experienced, and efficient.

WE THOUGHT THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE CARPET, BUT THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT WE DIDN'T.

OUR CARPET LOOKED LIKE NEW! WE WERE SO PLEASED. ODOR WAS A LITTLE STRONG AFTERWARDS. PLAN TO DO ON A DAY WHEN YOU CAN OPEN THE WINDOWS TO AIR OUT FUMES.

CLEANED ADDITIONAL AREAS (AT ADDITIONAL COST) EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK HIS LUNCH HOUR. GOOD JOB!!

FAMILY OWNED AND RUN BUSINESS W/ AN EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANER. JOHN DID WORK FOR US LAST TIME 2 AND 1/2 YEARS AGO. HE IS PERSONALLY INTERESTED IN DOING THE BEST POSSIBLE JOB AND GIVES THE TIME AND ATTENTION NECESSARY TO INSURE HIS WORK LOOKS GREAT BEFORE HE QUITS.
