Sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable, yet were not pushy. Store was very large and contained impressive inventory of furniture, but pricing did not seem like one would expect for "clearance" outlet. Also, some of the pieces were damaged, mostly with minor scratches and nicks, but again, did not seem to be priced accordingly. I did not purchase anything, but would probably check back again.

The mattress quality was very good but the items on sale were in fairly poor condition. Functionally they were good, but soiled. We bought a mattress because you cannot see the dirty spots. The promised delivery date was not met and they tried to setup a date when we were not at home. The store does not arrange their own delivery. They set you up with a separate company to deliver the item and you have to pay them separately. This is not a very professional way of doing business. The delivery people themselves did an excellent job.

It was a wonderful experience working with Nancy and shopping at Boyles Clearance Center. We saved over $3,000.00 by shopping there. First quality merchandise and excellent suggestions from Nancy. Both pieces were to be delivered the following week. The delivery service did not call to schedule delivery and one call to Nancy solved the problem and delivery was made the next day. If you are looking for individual furniture pieces this IS the place to go but you have to be patient as new merchandise arrives weekly. We had been going there for about 2 months and finally found the perfect pieces.
