Our Scheduling Center is available from 8:30 AM Mon-Fri and until 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Dryer Vent Wizard was established in 2004 to meet the needs of a very serious problem that is often overlooked by most people. Dryer fires are one of the leading causes of home fires today. We work exclusively with, and specialize in dryer vents alone. A $49 service/ inspection fee is charged to each job. Post inspection a written proposal is given to the customer, along with any suggestions of improvements, and the work is performed at that time. Clogged dryer vents cause dryers to operate inefficiently wasting time and hundreds of dollars a year in energy bills for the average household. We work hard to keep our services reliable and affordable. Our professionals will come to your home on a scheduled day. The company was very responsive. I purchased an Angie's List deal in which I paid $74.00 for a $150.00 dryer vent service. I called and left a message to set up an appointment. My call was returned very promptly and an appointment was set for the next day. The service tech arrived on time and immediately began work. After evaluating the problem, he gave me an estimate for repairing the duct and cleaning it. I had expected the cost of the repair to be covered by the deal I had purchased, but the final cost was more than twice the value of the coupon. The work was very well done. The tech cleaned up thoroughly and was done in about 1 1/2 hours.
The work was excellent, but I thought the price was high. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard due to the quality of the work, but be aware that the cost may be high.

David listened to all the details of my situation, tested, checked, and evaluated my entire system. He then repaired the vent as well as cleaned it. He was here on time and was very professional. Explained up front what he found and why it needed to be done. Then he ASKED me what I wanted done. I will definitely use them for future needs.

David was prompt and extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly, and his work was outstanding. Our dryer used to take two cycles to dry even the smallest of loads, and we haven't had to dry more than once since David cleaned the vent.
