 + -1 moreThis company was recommended by my grandparents who'd used them about three years ago. Unfortunately I didn't get the same high level of service as them and cannot recommend Lewis Bartlett. The communication between the office, plumbers, and customers is lacking. They failed to call to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it out in the afternoon, then failed to call to tell me they were on the way the next morning. To top it off, the plumber explained he could only do a quick diagnosis and didn't have time to make repairs until the next day. These types of service calls are a waste of time.
Description of Work: Called to diagnose and repair plumbing leak in water line because our water bill was twice that of usage in normal months.
