Window Service
Sliding glass doors and screens were difficult to open and close. We asked for replacement screens but "G" showed us how to maintain them so they opened and closed easily. I had to force money on him for his time and expertise. We are at Lake Gaston where service people are almost expected to be late or "no-show." "G" called ahead and asked to come a day early because he was going to be nearby. He came on time and exceeded expectations.
