QUEEN'S SHINGLE ROOFING

Queen's just finished putting Vinyl Siding on my home yesterday. The crew was friendly, professional at all times, and eager to please. They were here for several weeks as expected and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. They were detailed oriented and kept me in the loop as each step of the installation progressed. They are a member in good standing with the local Better Business Bureau. The quality of their siding craftsmanship is second only to their outstanding level of customer service. I am totally pleased that I chose Queen's to perform my Vinyl Sidings project and am very pleased with the end result.

I used them in 2008 and the shingles are still flying off, there is one off right now and they fly off continuously. He puts like thirty people on your roof and none of them know what they are doing. I can’t tell you how many times I have called him and he won’t do anything about it if you call him back after five years. Maybe they would come back and do something but I don’t trust them to go back up there. There is one shingle off now and it is doing damage, it is raining all the time. I have been told that each shingle needs six nails to keep them on and it has to be hand driven. The roof is kind of steep. It is just outrageous. The way I have had to go through this with this roof, he should be in jail. I can’t get on the roof and do a thing about it myself, so you are helpless.

I did like that they cleaned up after themselves. I did not like that they did not follow-up with us. Part of the job was incomplete. The girl came out to collect the payment and she said she would send her boss out to check on things and that never happened. Nobody followed up at all and that is not very professional. I would not use them again.

They did an excellent job. They completed the reroofing in one day. There quote was accurate. No unexpected charges.They even sent me a thank you note a week after the replaced my roof. I would highly recommend them.
