Lawn Tool Repair
I have never met any business less professional than Lillington Small Engine Repair & Rental! We took our weed eater to have the fuel line replaced. It seemed simple enough. We were given an estimate of $40, but we were told they would call us when they got in to it and had a more definite quote. The only call we got was that they were finish and that we owed $96. That was well over twice the quote we were given and no one had contacted us. No manager was available to speak to us, so we drove out there. We were honestly not rude or argumentative at all. The owner (or owner's son) said that he was not going to honor the quote and snatched the hose out of the weed eater. He and the two guys with him just laughed and walked into the back. I could not believe adults were acting like this.
