 + -1 moreWe were very disappointed with the customer service and being lied to about coming out for the appointment and ordering warranty replacement window.
Description of Work: Needed to get replacement sash for window under warranty and purchase some new windows. Showed for first appointment then after that didn't show up or call us back. We called office several times and was told someone would call us back....nope. Told us warranty window would be at office to pick up...another lie.

 + -1 moreThere is a sign in Womble's that says - If we don't have it, you probably don't need it. This is so true. Between their various stores, they are definitely the place to go in the Lillington area for home and building projects. We bought property in the area and they have provided all of our renovation supplies as well as technical assistance. Their recommendations for tradesmen have been spot-on. From the owner on down, everyone is committed to service.
