 + -1 moreThey did a poor job of communicating what they were going to do. When they had finished, they had taken off many more limbs than we expected, giving our beautiful oak trees an unnatural look. They were careless of the other plants in the yard and damaged a number of large shrubs and trampled many smaller perennials. This was after they described how careful they would be and how everything would be just the same when they were done. Maybe the worst thing they did was cut the branch on which we had a swing attached. They left just a few feet of the branch sticking out with the swing still dangling from it. It looks horrible. After I complained, they promised to come the next day to move the swing to another branch, but they never showed.
Description of Work: Took down a dead tree and trimmed branches from several other large trees.
