I can also post pictures of the message you sent thanking us and saying no hard feelings?. Please feel free to call me if there is a further issue"

You were happy when we were done we also gave it two days cure time before we accepted payment if you want to buy the material we will put another coat on it free if labor charge, Thanks 828-610-7400"

I wrote you out a bill and sent you a printout of my account summary at the building supply that was emailed upon purchase and told you I would have it broken down for you by the end of the week, which I did, and you sent me a text and said thanks! For the full ridge replacement that was done, I am not really sure why you think it was not touched because you came out on the back deck while we had it torn off before we put it back. If you feel you have been wronged, we will do our best to make it right, but please do not use your disability to make it sound like you have been robbed! because that is not the case."
