General Remodeling
Estimate was given for 225.00. Floor was replaced and contractor paid. Found soft spots on floor that were not replaced and would break thru when stepped on. . When new floor was pulled up found old wet particle board floor laying on top of the isulation under the new floor. Bathroom vanity was damaged beyold repair. I was so mad I would not call him back. I got a years subscription to Angies just to tell about my experience. I paid someone else over twice the amount to properly repair the floor. I will remember G & B Home Repair. I am thankful it only cost me 225.00 to find out about him.
