The original estimate didn't include our request for heat, fan, light combo for bathroom. They priced light & fan combo. They corrected & installed heat, fan, light combo. At the end of project there were water leaks @ toilet shut off/on water valve & pipe under the sink. They corrected both and we're keeping an eye on them for possible leaks. They replaced the bathroom door & we never received a key for the lock. They said they would bring the key by the house, then we were told the new lock didn't come with a key; so now we have a lock without a key. Final payment was approx. $800 more than original estimate & budget (labor, electrical wiring, door & knob (w/o key)). They started project when stated & completed in 8 work days. The contractors were friendly..

The arrived on time, took measurements, did the job and called me to inspect it. It was done as requested and the bill matched their quote.
