General Remodeling
He hired a sub contractor to install the windows for him. During the installation a baseball was thrown into the window and broke it after it was installed. He said it would be $250 more to have the window fixed which I paid. I did an inspection before my tenant moved in and noticed the window was not properly installed. He contact his sub and informed me he said the window was properly installed and that I would have to pay him an additional cost to have it fixed a 3rd time.

Morono Construction did not manage the job properly. The person in charge of the job was hardly ever here. The materials they used were of very poor quality. The job was completed five months behind schedule. I would definitely not recommend them.
