The guys did a very good job under difficult conditions. Very pleased with work they did. Resealed vapor barrier added where needed, and corrected insulation that had dropped down. Also, sprayed for some areas that had mildew. Would definitely use again.

It was given a clean bill of health. He recommended a new plastic lining to replace the old one in the near future. He also referred to us a pest control to further check if spraying is required. I immediately hired a pest control company and it was sprayed both inside the crawlspace and outside around the foundation of the house.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
All went fine, especially considering that our vent is longer than usual and makes a few turns. Only disappointment was that the outside cover came loose while the cleaning was being performed (it was probably not well attached in the first place) and tech didn't have caulk or proper tools to reattach it, which surprised me. I would think that would be a fairly common occurrence. Nonetheless, job was done in a timely, professional manner and price with coupon was very reasonable.

Representative inspected our crawl space and gave us a work plan. Don't know whether we or the company dropped the ball. There was no follow-up. We are considering calling them again to see if we can get additional insulation for the crawl space.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
It was somewhat my fault. The quote said $69 for dryer lint cleaning. That was for the first 10 feet and $10 per foot after. So it was another $100 so not a savings . Job was ok but felt a little bait and switch.

"I'm sorry you feel it was bait and switch but we are very transparent with our deals. The deal stated the exact pricing, as you said. $69 for the first 10ft and $10 each additional. We make sure to add that so it's not a cheap deal to get in the door and then tell you about the extra costs. We strive to be very honest and thourogh with our customers"

The guys that came out were very professional. They diagnosed the issue we were having with our dryer vent and suggested a few solutions for a longer term fix, but also addressed the immediate situation with a short term solution that has worked very well.

Appointment was on time and guys who came were personable. Job was done on a cloudy day and afterwards I was not fully satisfied with streaks on glass when sunlight hit it. I called the office and someone came out to re-clean. Looks much better!

Had a few issues with the person who did the quote part ways with the the company before work started but the owner Jeremy upheld the quote and did the work even though the job was probably under quoted. Had a sick day here and there but I didn't mind as Jeremy contacted me and communicated well if there were any issues. It took a few days longer than expected but they did a great job and handled the tough job of removing old mails and replacing with screws well and did very little damage to the Trex or boards. I have plan to hire Jeremy and his company in a couple years to power wash and stain the deck again when it is ready for it.
