Gave us time lines and then completely blew them. Caused us to live in a hotel for 3 weeks and STILL took 2 more weeks after that. Never even finished the job after 2 months. Just cashed the check and never returned. Called us to demand more money, for work never done, and threatened to put a lien on our property. Never give a contractor all the money up front. Always hold out punch list money. They finally quit bothering us. Cost us thousands more to have a REAL contractor come in a fix the mess they made of our home. This is not a contracting firm. This is TWO guys who talk fast, do 90% decent work, 5% what in the heck were you thinking work, then leave the final 5% undone when they think they can't get any more money from you and never show up again. We always had wall to wall carpet hiding the hard wood floors which were covered with stains & paint . The transformation of the hard wood floors was amazing. They were quick to point out surprises like when they found that the living room wall was in worst shape then we had expected. It had begun to separate from the foundation.
The work crew was very friendly my husband really enjoyed interacting with them. They did a fantastic job, they even cleaned up their mess. The house looks better now then when we first bought it.
