I ordered a pair of chairs from FLS and asked for the wood tone I saw on the floor sample. It was a very light, blonde tone and would have matched my existing furniture nicely. The salesperson told me that color had been discontinued and recommended another color. When the chairs arrived at my home they were espresso colored. They don't go with the wood in my home and I don't care for the color. I complained immediately and spent literally six months being passed around between different "customer service" agents. In the end they will not fix the chairs or take them back. I am stuck with them. I have since discovered that any furniture vendor in my area will match or beat FLS prices, so I no longer feel the need to endure the mistakes, bad advice, and non-existent customer service.

I really like the salesman we worked with, Richard Pope. He doesn’t push a hard sell because he’s more interested in building relationships. We’ve worked with him several times, and I’d recommend him to others. One downfall is that delivery can take a very long time, maybe three or four months. They do make you aware of this upfront though. Also, they only take checks and no credit cards.

This has been horrendous! I would definitely not buy anything from Furnitureland South or Bradington-Young which is the chair manufacturer.
