Peter and his team were awesome. They took down my old chain-link fence and installed a new one. Very friendly, personable and answered all my questions. The fence looks terrific And they did a thorough cleanup when done. Quality professional work, good price, good people. Definitely recommend him.

The owner of the company Peter is quite th honest and trustworthy man. My wife and I were completely new to the area in Jacksonville, and Peter was one of the first contractors to give us a quote. He spent a good hour in our home explaining in detail the costs to the project and answered all of our questions . While at our home, he helped move a refrigerator into my house, almost crushing him. He refused any compensation for the help. Peter was very upfront about the estimate on job and quick to respond to all of our calls/emails. Thank you very much Peter for making my wife and I feel welcomed to our new home in Jacksonville!!!

The process with KPS Contracting was smooth from start to finish. We had a fence built that included adding a dog run. Everyone from the team that worked on it was cool and personable.

Peter and his crew finished my privacy fence in a timely manner. They were extremely proficient and finished the fence faster than they originally anticipated. The fence turned out better than I could have imagined and honestly is the best looking fence in my neighborhood due to how they installed it. I would absolutely hire them again to complete any project I need done.

Peter was courteous and professional, taking the time to explain every aspect of the project. He was patient while I shopped around for quotes and I ultimately went with him because his price was fair and he showed he wanted our business. The fence looks great, lots of compliments. Other contractors were quoting 4-5 months for install due to delays in receiving materials. Peter had materials in about 1 week from Lowe’s and the install only took a couple days. I highly recommend using KPS and would hire again without hesitation.

The work was beyond expectations. I didn't get a fence, I got a wall and love it. The chainlink went in straight and it all looks very very good. I'm very pleased with everything.

Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the fence. However, the customer service / professionalism should have been better. Pros: 1. Sturdy Fence, 2. Flexible Crew, 3. Answered most questions promptly. 4. Took time to explain the process of what they were doing. 5. Were very patient with my curiosities and questions related to their work. Cons: 1. The crew did not clean up after themselves. I spent many hours on a Saturday removing bucket after bucket of dirt, rocks, and broken concrete that was caked into my yard. Also, I found at least a dozen cigar wrappers throughout my yard and half a dozen cigar/cigarette plastic tips... One of which could have easily resulted in a very expensive vet bill since my dog ate it without my knowing and passed it several days later. Thank God. (Wasn't going to write a review until I found that today.) 2. I had to ask for the extra materials back that were purchased with my money but were not used. Some additional materials were returned. 3. The posts were cut flush with the top rail, which caused the caps I purchased not to fit. Bought new, thinner caps and had to chisel out pieces here and there. Problem solved. 4. Not always punctual. The times that were agreed upon to meet or continue work were often not followed without a timely courtesy call/text. Again, I'm pleased overall with the quality of the fence itself, but there were some other issues.

Peter at KPS contracting is outstanding! We’ve had a problem finding contractors willing to come out, bid the job, and take the job. Peter put all those frustrations to rest. He is punctual, friendly, and does great work, a true craftsman. Our new gate and fencing are far superior to the previous fence, and he got it all done in just two days! We’d give him 6 stars if we could! In fact, we plan on calling him back for further improvements to our property! He’s the best!

It went amazing. Peter is a very professional, and personable. Not to mention hard working. He does exactly what you want, and listens to what you want. He will give his professional opinion to make sure that's what you want, for example, I wanted no slits between boards on my fence. I wanted complete privacy. Peter reminded of the winds, and that the wind needs some place to go or it will damage your fence. His insight made me realize that what I wanted, might not be the safest, long lasting solution, and if a big weather event happened, I may just lose my fence. I value his expertise. We are so very pleased with the fence. Just wish wood wasn't so expensive, or I'd have a deck by now too. Hire Peter and you won't be disappointed. He's a great communicator to. Always does what he says he's going to do.
