GARY'S SHOE REPAIR

I am very pleased with the quality Gary's performed on shortening the length of my purse strap.

EXCELLENT!!!

I had an SAS sandal with worn-out elastic on the strap.  I brought it into Gary's for repair because of their rating on Angie's List.  Walking in I could tell that they are a very busy shop so I wasn't surprised when I was told that it might take 7-10 days to repair my shoe.  I was called sooner than expected and went to pick up my sandal.  The quality of workmanship is outstanding.  I can't see this elastic ever giving away again. :)

They did a good job. I'm very happy with the results.

I knew it was a strange request going into the shop but they were not phased and eager to help. They quoted me a price for the labor on the spot and gave me a date I could pick them up. The only draw back was that they were not done when I went to pick up on that day and had to wait an extra day. The staff was friendly, honest and upfront about everything. I can safely say that no matter how strange the request, these folks can get the job done and at a reasonable price. Thanks Gary's.

The service was prompt and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a small family business with all of the benefits I associate with that genre of businesses.

I get a lot of leather work done from them. They are very well priced and do good work. They get things done in a timely manner. It looks like son has taken over from his dad and they are pretty good. I would use them again in the future.
