The service man was awesome and very pleasant to deal with. He was communicative and he discussed different appliances and how they are rated. Good information to know. Very pleased with the person who scheduled the appointment, she was very pleasant and accommodating. Thanks Bells!!!! Will definitely recommend.

Tried very hard to fix the problem.

Bells appliance attempted to get my son to give up either my camera equipment and/or his $1K guitar as a result of the fact that I forgot to leave my card with my son, who received them at the house, as guarantee for payment. Upon my leaving work and getting my messages off of my phone, I immediately called them and paid the fee for repairs, except, they did not repair it and the machine still did not work when I finally arrived home. My son said the guy was fiddling with the washer and removed the part. The guy that asked for the guarantee until such time as the bill was paid, took pictures of a TV telling my son it was not valuable enough and it would have to be something we **Could not live without** and **More valuable** I complained to them, and they refunded me my money, but that was because we now know, even though they initially billed me for the work, the contractor went in and took the part out of the machine before leaving without my son being aware of that, which, essentially is a situation that I fell that renders fraud, where they took payment and the repair was not even done and/or had been undone! I would never hire and/or recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional, country redneck bumpkins who I feel would have removed my camera equipment and removed it from the house, and/or my sons guitar, and who knows what they would have done with it or when we would ever have got it back, and/or whether we would have got it back in the state it was taken in!? Just an FYI.

They have now made six service calls to repair a Jenn Air refrigerator. @ $100/call and the refrigerator is still not operating.

Tech was very nice. They were kinda pricey but did get my machine fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone else.

This company was very quick to respond to my voicemail. They adapted to my schedule when making the service call. Thanaiel was on time and professional. He was able to tell me what was wrong with my dishwasher that another company failed to find. He installed the above the range microwave by himself, even with the prior microwave being installed incorrectly. I will recommend and use this company again.

I scheduled an appointment for 3-4 PM, serviceman arrived at 6PM. I was told I would get an estimate on the repair as well as the cost of a new microwave installed. I only received the estimate of a repair and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone to discuss the cost of a replacement.

Professional, Respectful, They work times to meet your schedule and call to let you know they are on the way and about the duration they should be there. Timely with repairs!
