I hired Bell's to repair the fridge in our rental. We live a state away and the tech was able to communicate the issue quickly and well and sent an invoice after the work was done. Tenants reported impeccable customer service and professionalism. The fridge is working like brand new.

Would possibly rate work quality higher, but repair has not yet been completed. Part had to be ordered, then repair was scheduled at a date of my choosing. Customer service has been excellent thus far.
