Marcelo provided us with a detailed quote and explained the details for the quote. When we accepted the quote, he kept in constant communication to let us know when the work was going to begin and what was going to happen at each stage of the project. He used high quality materials. For example, the wood had few defects and was "paint ready'. Marcelo and his crew took the time to ensure that the work was performed properly and that it met the original plans. Marcelo held the subcontractors (electric and paint) to his high standards of quality and that was evident by the finished product. We are extremely happy with the craftsmanship of the work and the ultimate finished product. We would definitely use High Level Remodeling again.
