IT MEANS A LOT TO ME TO HAVE A CONTRACTOR STAY WITHIN HIS QUOTED PRICE WITHOUT THE SURPRISE OF AN INCREASE AT THE END OF THE JOB. CLIFF DID A GREAT JOB IN DESIGNING, HAND CRAFTING AND INSTALLING THE RAILS THAT I DESIRED. HE WAS PROMPT IN COMPLETING THE WORK WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND PRICE THAT WAS QUOTED. UNLIKE MANY WELDING JOBS THAT I HAVE SEEN WHERE THEY OVER WELD AND THE JOB IS VERY MESSING, CLIFF IS AN EXCELLENT, NEAT WELDER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLIFF AT CAROLINA CUSTOM DESIGN FOR YOUR WROUGHT IRON NEEDS AND ANY OTHER WELDING JOBS.
