Every time they came out they always seemed to find something wrong. They always found something that would cost you more money. I used them for about a year and a half. They always had different technicians come out each time, and it was hard to build a relationship with them. They also wouldn’t service my humidifier because it was too hard to get to.

We have been a customer of Teir 1 ever since we purchased our home 7 years ago. In that time they have maintained our heating and cooling system twice a year. This year we had to replace a part for the first time. The reason that I am writing this is the very night after they had serviced our heating unit our air stopped working. I called the next morning and because they had just been here they came immediately back over to the home fixed the problem and charged us only "HALF" OF WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE COST! Even though it was not related to the earlier work. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We highly reccomend this company. Thanks Teir 1 for your good work. PS. Part of the charge was for renewal of service contract and cost of new parts and labor.

The technician was very knowledgeable and performed the required work well.

We purchased the deal for a service call at approximately 6:30am and had gotten email contact by 8:30am that same morning. Tier One then came to the house nearly immediately and corrected the problem well before noon that day. Thanks to their preparedness (they had the right part on the truck) and their responsiveness, my son had a cool room before he got back from school that day. We will happily use Tier One again!

It went great! Called around 1pm and the tech arrived at 4:30p. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 mins.! Nice guy, and gave us a 30 day guarantee, and his personal cell phone number if we had any problems.

I have used their services for at least five years. They are very professional. They tell me what they problems are, discuss the options and fix it. I like that they come when they say they will. I haven't had many repairs on my two heating and air units, they have been maintaining them very well over the years.

They are excellent. They do exactly what they say they will do and do not try to take advantage of the customer. They seem to be a very honest company. I cannot say anything bad about them. A friend of mine uses them as well and he has also been very pleased.

It was a good experience. They are the only company I use for heating and air conditioning, anytime I have an issue I call them. They are responsive and quick to shedule an appointment. They are all very professional and personable. I would recommend their services.

They were fine to work with. They were always responsive when I had an emergency. They were not able to fix a noise that I had in my air conditioner that my current company was able to fix. Tier One never called me when my contract ran out to renew. We had no others issues with their service.

Everything went smoothly. Brad was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He even stayed to explain the situation to my husband. We couldn't have been more pleased.

scheduling the service call was handled promptly and efficiently. The service tech arrived on time and was extremely cordial.Ben explained each step as he performed a system check.One of the best experiences that I have had with any service or repair. Checked out all working components of a/c system. Ended up replacing the capacitator as it tested below recommended range.

Excellent Service and great technician. We used the Angie's list coupon to get A/C and furnace checked for $109. He told us that we needed a switch added to our A/C and a plug cleaned out. He gave us a great price and fixed everything in a timely matter.

This company installed the equipment in my condo when it was built in January 2008. They provided a contract for the condos in our community. I selected the option and continued to contract with them for preventive maintenance twice a year. They offer to change my alarm batteries and change filters as part of the service. They replaced a part that was a recalled item in couple year from working with me. I did not include the amount due to amount paid an annual contract that includes 2 visits per yr. No time to look up at the moment.

Made a phone call first thing Saturday morning to look at some questionable home A/C concerns with how it was blowing through the vents. Someone came right out and by 9:30am the same day and morning they were at the house looking into it.

We paid them roughly $300 for the additional work that they did. It was a good experience. We had no problems with them. They were very professional. We were very satisfied with them. Their pricing was reasonable and they completed the job.

Did an excellant job, system works great. He went in the attic and tune up the system, cleaned the condenser outside, check the water pump in the basement. Did a great job, very pleased with quality of his work performed.

They are lovely people! They are very good people and I’ve had great luck with them. Michael has been the one to come out and do my work, and he has always been nice and fair to me. They are very good, and were thoughtful enough to put on booties over their shoes, and I really appreciate their service and rely on them if I need any help!

It went horrible. They did not fix the heating instead they broke a pipe and water went everywhere and they left it that way. I called them to fix it and they refused to stating that they will come the following monday although this was an emergency due to me not having any heat. I ended up having to call another company to complete this job that they botched.

They came in and fixed the problem in an hour. We had someone else out 3 or 4 times and they could not figure out what the problem was or fix anything. However, Tier One was about to fix it completely, and we have no complaints! It's still working great today. I would definitely use them again! Also, they were well priced!

TIER 1 REPLACED OUR AC/HEAT PUMP SYSTEM YESTERDAY. WE HAD 2 OTHER ESTIMATES, AND TIER 1 PROVIDED THE BEST PRICE AND SERVICE. FROM OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE JOB, TIER 1 WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE DEFINITELY WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN. THEY DON'T DO A LOT OF ADVERTISING, THEIR REPUTATION AND WORD OF MOUTH IS ALL THEY NEED.

I called Tier One for my yearly A/C checkup. They were very friendly and accomodating to the day of the week and time that would be convenient for me. The service man "Mike" called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time. He was very friendly and helpful in any questions I had about my A/C unit or any other services I was thinking about getting. Mike did a thorough job in checking the system and changed my A/C filter that I had purchased myself. DO buy your own MERV filter online if you have a Lennox A/C unit, it is cheaper. Tier One had made a follow up call within a week to see if I was happy with their service. I had nothing but good things to say. The most important and positive thing that I can say about Tier One, is that they don't try to sell you something you don't need to make a commission. I will definately use Tier One again.
