Andrew called me immediately upon requesting a quote which resulted in him and his team coming to my home the very same day. They were professional, efficient, and overall great to work with. I would absolutely call Hornets Heating & Cooling for future projects.

Scam artist, liars, thieves, crooks, carpetbaggers. No permit. Dangerous system. No carbon monoxide detectors when the heating system was installed in total violation of the building code in Arendelle County. Total rip-off. The company owners will probably be arrested very soon for fraud when I go see the district attorney. This is criminal, people could have died. Carbon dioxide was coming in our house.

Our AC stopped cooling Saturday before Labor Day, and it was really hot and humid, so we didn't want to wait until Tuesday to get it fixed. Drew from Hornets Heating & Cooling came out Sunday afternoon and got it patched up so it would function for the rest of the weekend and then had his team out first thing Tuesday to replace the coil. Drew did not try to up-sell us what we did not need, and was very professional and friendly.

Drew and his crew where profession, patient, and accommodating with the schedule arrangement. They worked fast and where available for every call I made. I am in another state and rent my house so trust is a big thing. I felt zero stress during this whole HVAC replacement. I look forward to seeing the new unit during my next inspection but, the pictures Drew sent me after the work was done eased my mind. NICE JOB! Thank you!

Didn’t know what to expect and I’m very particular. He was on time and delivered, solving our AC issue in the attack concerning a leak. He was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and took care of it in a timely fashion. Would definitely use this company again although I hope we don’t have to😁.

Hornets went above and beyond customer service expectation when we had to deal with a rooftop unit. Also was very open to all questions and explained everything very well.

Very nice, explained as he went, and worked very hard to help me. He fixed the up stairs a/c that went out that morning . The problem was after he left unable to fix my downstairs a/c, and after paying for a transformer that will have to be replaced, and have someone else come to change my thermostat back to the one that was there, AND then pay another service fee, parts and labor..... was not worth it.

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Hornets. Drew was prompt, knowledgeable, and fair with us. He was so detail oriented that a non-call related rattle coming from our outside unit (we were just used to) caught his attention & he fixed it on the fly! I will continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs.

Prompt, straightforward and professional service. Communicated clearly what needed to be repaired and what was needed to complete the work. Reviewed entire home and made recommendations. Very professional work, approach and price. Plan on purchasing maintenance contract with them.

Within moments of putting in my request Drew called and we set up an appt. for the next day. He was early for the appt. which I loved. He assessed the problem took care of it and repaired within a reasonable time. This was the best heating and air experience I ever had. He was able to communicate to me in laymen's terms, which I appreciated. Reliable and trustworthy, says it all.
