Absolute Pressure Wash

I purchased an offer to pressure wash, but because of the way my house is set up, they were not able to perform the service. 
I have fabric awnings on the second floor, and needed the gutters cleaned. Joel made a point to come by and look at the house, and was up front that they only work from the ground, and the solution they use would harm the awnings. 
Despite the fact that they couldn't do the work, Joel's attention to detail, and his honesty is worthy of an A.

Outstanding. Two young men own the business. They were very professional. They were on time and did a great job. They were honest and reasonable. What more can you ask. I would certainly have them back whenever I needed more work done.

It took him three times over to get the black mildew off, but he was willing to keep working until the deck looked great.  It looks like a completely different stain now that it's so clean.

Joel contacted me promptly after I sent an email and scheduled a time for him to stop by for an estimate.   He called back after evaluating the project with an estimate and the work was scheduled for the following week. The house, driveway, sidewalk, and back patio was in desperate need of cleaning and I could not believe the incredible difference when I came home after the work had been completed. I almost drove right past my house as I could not believe the difference.   Joel was prompt and professional and I would recommend him to all my neighbors and friends!

This was the first time that I have used 'Absolute Pressure Wash' and I couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish the whole process went very smoothly. Joel came out and gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair considering how many years of dirt accumulation there was especially on the driveway and walkway. On the day that the job was scheduled, Alex came early which was great and did an amazing job. I still can't believe how clean and new everything looks! This is the second time I have used Absolute Pressure Wash and the second time I have been blown away with the customer service and quality of work.  He immediately returned my email and even though I thought I knew what was needed, Joel took the time to come to the house first because he thought the deck may not actually need to be stained yet.  He was correct and I really appreciate him not wanting to sell services that weren't needed! 
I sure wish I could find this caliber of professionalism and quality every time I had a need for work around my home. I will always call Joel when I need pressure washing done and highly recommend him to my friends!

Joel pressure washed the entire house, stripped the fence and decking of the mold and stained everything. 
It went great and for the amount of fencing  had, his prices were more than fair after I shopped around for a little. Wonderful to work with and will always tell you whats going on. The weather would not cooperate-but he would always call and let me know. 
If you are thinking of using him- DO IT!!!

My overall endorsement is I wish I could clone Joel and have him run all types of contracting business.  Joel did an excellent job from start to finish.  I have worked on both ends of the service industry for years.  I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.  Joel exceeded every one of my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone.  Joel was very responsive with the initial contact, he stayed in contact up to the day the work would be performed.  He completed the work as promised and his quality of work was excellent.  Joel followed up promptly when the work was complete and made the extra effort to ensure I knew he was available if something was unsatisfactory.  Joel's attention to customer satisfaction was very refreshing because it is so rare today.

This is the second excellent experience we've had with Joel and the rest of the crew, and it was just as terrific an experience as the first time. They returned our call within an hour, quickly scheduled a date, they showed up right on time, and the work was simply exceptional. I had used Joel in the past to pressure wash my own house and driveway which he did a superb job on. When our daughter was getting ready to sell her house I contacted him to pressure wash her house. Joel answered my call right away and even remembered that he had done work for us previously. He came out within a day or so to do daughters house and again did a superb job at a great price. I will always use him for any pressure washing needs we have. Highly recommend him

Joel responded within 15 minutes of leaving voicemail and we discussed him coming out and doing an estimate, with the possibility of doing the work next day. He arrived quicker than expected for the estimate and offered to do the work right then since he had all the supplies needed. Came home later that evening and found the areas he treated looked significantly better. Great experience, he's a true professional.

We are from the north (Illinois), purchased a house last year on a wooded park like setting in the Denver NC area.  Being from the north we are learning about the negative impacts of the southern pollen season, along with all the things that fall and crawl on a wooded lot. 

 We were lucky to find Absolute Pressure Wash on top of Angie's List.  In the initial phone call, talking with Joel, we found that he had done our house before for a prior owner.  Over the phone I was immediately comfortable with Joel.  Along with the very good Angie's List reviews, I knew this was the guy coming to the house to do the pressure washing.

Over the phone with Joel we discussed the work to be done - pool deck and fencing, complete driveway from the street to the house, 700 square foot outdoor screened in pavilion,  3 car garage floor, and the entire exterior for the 4,200 square foot two story house.  The initial quote seemed a bit steep at $ 800, broken down $ 450 for the house, $ 200, for the drive $ 150 for the pavilion and pool deck.  With a little haggling due to the scope of work and an Angie's List referenced discount, I got it down to $ 710.

I decided to go with it and Joel and Alex came out to the house perfectly on time.  They were both super easy to deal with, helped move furniture in and out of the garage and pavilion,  listened and acted intently on any points of concern that either my wife or I brought up.

All of the work Joel and Alex did was great.  They used commercial outdoor bleach with a rinsing agent, as well as doing a full on water rinse afterwards.  They had all of the right power tools and scrubbing machines for the floors and driveway.  Both Joel and Alex were at the house for a full 4 hours in the morning, with Alex finishing up in the afternoon for another 4 hours. 

Joel and Alex did a great job, were quality people using quality materials, were super friendly and easy to work with, and I would definitely use them again next year.
