Overall, a great experience. We had an offer and sold townhouse in less than 30 days. The Buyer attributed his decision to buy based on the quality of the painting and carpet. After inspection, Mr. Spell and his crew came back quickly and fixed the minor things needed on inspector's list. Best service and quality! Would definitely recommend.

Mike's crew is at work as I write this. I will say that I truly believe that everything will be satisfactorily completed. I'm giving Spell & Spell high marks. If anyone has a problem with this company allow them to contact me.

I hired Mike to put up a wall in my house. He matched the trim and Doors exactly with what was already present. He had the wall wired for electricity and had an official electrician do the technical work along with the inspection. He also Voluntarily re-centered the ceiling fan in the new room. He Quoted me a price Via email, and he charged exactly the same amount. It took him about 10 days to schedule a time, but I new he was busy with another project, so it was understandable. I heard about Mike from a friend who was happy with his work in their bathroom. I quoted 3 other contractors for a price to build the wall and one was 3500 and another 2500. Mike did it for 1550.
