The owner is so nice. I really liked him a lot as a person. He probably has done an excellent job for other people as I believe he is talented. My issues were rescheduling 3 times as to time and day he could come to begin. Ending project after dark so unable to view if project was complete. Not returning to finish up the trimmings on roof and taking care of debris removal as promised after final payment. Learning curve for me.
