Repairs made per estimate. Communications was lacking. Initial estimate was delayed (per original promise). Also, my appointment time was 0830-1000 but the crew didn't show until after 1000. I had to initiate the communications that morning to find out that the crew was delayed. I did have sticker shock from a $425 price for the removal and replacement of a 4ft plank of wood siding, painting (i provided the paint), and re-installation of the gutters...but I had a short timeline and Rogers crew was available.

This is the second job I hired Roger's crew for. He is very thorough from the estimate to the finished product. This was a very difficult spring to paint a home with all of the rain and he handled the curve balls. Above expectations, I highly recommend.

Wood Fence Repair
Specialty Home Improvement did more work than staining the fence. They removed 4 trees, replaced the mailbox, built a step stone walking path from my front yard to my backyard and I am looking forward to work with them on small projects that I have in my house. Highly recommended.
