The vet was awesome with my two little guys. Often times my animals are very stressed out and scared this visit went better than any other vet visit I have gone to in the past. She was kind and caring. She took her time to ensure that she got a full exam that was complete. My one pup has an ear infection and she was very gentle with him. The cost listed also included heartworm and flea and tick preventative.

UPDATE: Since posting this review, we received a brief written apology (and a refund). This has improved our opinion of the Dr and the office, to know that he was able to make such a gesture. We changed our rating from an F to a C. We hope our experience was an isolated incident...
Our Saturday visit with Dr S. was pleasant enough although she had trouble handling the cat. She was indeed able to briefly examine the cat's testicles, as his and quot;sacand quot; is descended and quite visible (sorry for that detail). She told us he was not neutered so we scheduled the procedure.
We brought the cat in on Thurs morning but received a call a little while later from Dr S. She told us that the cat was already neutered and that we should come get him. She said he had been sedated (gas) so we waited until 11am. Dr S told us on the phone that there would be and quot;no charge.and quot;
However, while we were there, Dr M was very rude, arrogant, condescending and his overall customer service was atrocious. He said that we had to pay $40. When we objected, he played semantics and said and quot;there was no charge for the neuteringand quot; (well I hope not since there was no neutering) and and quot;the $40 was for sedation.and quot; Regardless, he should have honored what the other Dr told his customer.
We told him how displeased we were that a vet was unable to determine something as basic as whether a cat still had his testicles (when the sac is quite visible) after a full exam that cost over $150 (with shots). If there was any doubt at all when we were there on Saturday, they should not have let us leave the office before we knew for sure. We were not told there was any doubt; we were definitively told that he was not neutered.
They mis-diagnosed the cat and then put him through the trauma of needless sedation. And then to charge us for their mistake (after telling us there would be no charge) was unacceptable. In response to this, Dr M got more rude and even muttered and quot;I could have charged you $80and quot; as he walked out of the room. What a horrible way to talk to your customer.
Throughout the exchange, Dr M was quite condescending. Instead of listening to his customer and valuing his customer, he resorted to rude retorts and various attempts to obfuscate the issue with unnecessary anecdotes about veterinary medicine. He only cared about being right.
We are new to the neighborhood and we have 4 cats and 1 dog (sometimes 2). That's alot of money in vet bills each year. This vet office just lost our business due to borderline incompentence and outright rudeness. We also work with local animal rescue groups. We will no longer recommend this office to adopters.
Dr M is apparently willing to lose all this business over $40 and just to prove himself right over one of his customers.

I have had a good experience with them. They are very outgoing and the doctor is very friendly. I think that their prices are very reasonable. We had to wait for a while. I think that they charge for the services by weight. They charged $75 for our larger dog and $60 for our smaller dog. I don't know how they set their rates but it varies from one dog to another. They treated our animals well, and when they were there, they treated them like they were regular patients. They took good care of them and we were pleased with the service.

They are excellent. There are two vets there. One is really good, the other I m no so comfortable with. The dogs like going there. They must be doing something right because they never like going to a vet. I think the quality of service is very good.

The whole staff is very compassionate with the animals. They answer all of your questions and make sure that you and your pet are both comfortable. They are clean and professional and in my eyes do a very good job. I have no problems and have been using them for years.
