The roof looked good, but we had a leak. They never came on time to work, always cut out early. They tried to fix the leak with no success. I had a building inspector come out and found out they should have had a permit, and that several thing were not done to code. My only request in the beginning was that things be done to code. They fixed a few things, but I had to other roofers to come out and look at the roof. They found things wrong, and I actually found an area that I could see straight to the wood below. I would not recommend them at all.
Description of Work: They replaced part of my deck and installed a roof over a portion of it, attached to the house.

Aside from the workmanship, the crew was very bad. Cut my thermostat wire so I was without heat on a very cold day. Didn't show up on time. Made a terrible mess and left it day after day. Final clean up was poor. Job took much longer than it should have.
Description of Work: Plaster repair and painting - Plaster work was very poor, many area not even repaired. Paint was so bad I had to go back and repaint the entire room myself. Bathroom - Installed vanity top off center. Did not level vanity - I need to have the entire vanity pulled out and reset. Drain stopper is stuck closed, we will have to go in and adjust it. The commode is crooked (sits on an angle); not sure yet what we will need to do to correct that problem.

Only problem was his inability to keep on a steady crew.
Description of Work: Installed metal roof on main house, guest house and shed. Quality of work was good. Would and have recommended him for roofing to other people.
