Insurance Agencies
Allstate Insurance Co. provide good service at their local office but at home office it is atrocious. The local agent is good but she can do very little. Changing insurance companies from North to South Carolina is extremely risky because lots of companies are trying to get out of home insurance business and that is the only reason I am still with them. But the service, expense and professionalism of the home office are terrible. My rating reflects the home office. The local office has been quite responsive but unable to undo the damage of the home office. Unfortunately, I have to continue using their service.
