My daughter was verbally abused by a worker there and when Tom Miller was informed of this he refused to address it, clearly tucking his tail. He never paid my daughter her last week of pay and he pays under the table (tax fraud)

Owner/manager Niki Miller - lousy customer service, combative attitude. One of her staff suggested to us that Niki could call her supplier to have a table custom made. Niki spoke poorly of her staff to us, then called the supplier for a price on table. We could hear the man on the other end of her call. He gave Niki a price and she quoted us double the price, apparently unaware that we could hear the quote given to her. We also ordered two chairs. She said delivery could take 2 to 6 weeks, but maybe sooner if she could get them on an earlier truck with some previous customer orders - she said the previous customers hadn't called her wondering where their orders were yet so maybe she could hold up that truck to include our order; this gave us the impression that if customers don't inquire about their orders that they may be delayed. She said she would call us when the chairs had come in. Three and a half weeks later my husband went to the shop to inquire about our order. Niki shot back that "it's only been 3 weeks, I told you up to 6 weeks. I guess now i will have to put a rush on them and I will have to eat $60 on the profit of each chair because you need them sooner." She said this with great hostility; my husband had simply ASKED when they were expected in. She again said she would call us. Tomorrow is 4 weeks; we don't know when our order will arrive. She gives us the impression were are troubling her. We have already paid the full price of our order.
