We needed our carpets cleaned and found Zimmerman's on Angie's list. They were quick, professional and the prices were very reasonable. They did a fantastic job. Our carpets look great. We will use them for all of our carpet cleaning needs. And they gave a discount for finding them on Angie's list!!

Mr. Zimmerman and his staff are highly professional and have an excellent work ethic. Their estimates are clear and there were no surprises. Work on the oriental carpets (11) was excellent and floor cleaning was good, but a bit over priced.

There were not any problems to speak of.  Staff very courteous,  MIke was extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
I did not have to do anything.  I learned I needed to be slower in my vacumning regardless of the vacumn cleaner I own.
Going over the same spot two or three times really makes a difference in how clean you get your carpet.

They are excellent.  They were able to get everything clean.  The price was reasonable.

They do very good work, but they are a little pricey. The are punctual and if something doesn't come out, like a stain, they will come back and work on getting rid of it for no additional charge.

They are a family owned company, and the owner is very hands on. They have a very low employee turnover, so I usually work with the same people each appointment. I’ve always been happy with outcome of their work, and I think their pricing competitive. You definitely get what you pay for, which is quality!

I had a very difficult which had set in, but they were able to remove it.

They’ve been both timely and professional. Most recently, when a stubborn stain didn’t come out during their first trip, they came back out a second time to take care of it.

I tried out two carpet and upholstery companies of which Zimmerman was one. Mr. Zimmerman is a wonderfully professional person who is concerned with the quality of his work and his company's image and customer satisfaction. It is for this reason that this review is hard to write. First let me start out with the good things: prompt, on time, thorough, professional. All very good things. During the upholstery cleaning, a solvent/spot remover was applied which took out the color on the seat of one of my chairs and loveseat. These needed to be re-upholstered. Mr. Zimmerman completed the job that was requested, and brought me in immediately to look at the damage. He took total responsibility and offered to have the damaged areas re-upholstered at his expense. (luckily, I still had a roll of the upholstery material used the first time). He picked up the furniture, took it to an upholsterer, had it done and called to offer that I could have both pieces entirely reupholstered for a nominal charge. He paid for his portion, I paid for the rest and have two totally re-upholstered pieces. I admire and appreciate what he did to make this totally right, never once trying to f**** off responsibility. The only negative experience is in fact his actual pricing for the cleaning. I have to say that yes, the cleaning was thorough, but I didn't feel it warranted the difference in his fees. It is as if saying that because I charge you more, I do a better job. And I just do not feel this is always the case. 

I moved the furniture myself in order to save money.  Zimmerman's vacuumed first and then use their cleaning machine/solution. The stains and the salmon odor were gone!  My brother-in-law had no trouble breathing and didn't have his usual sneezing fits.  He really noticed a difference.  Since then, Zimmermans has let us know when they were offering specials.  Their customer service is great!  We actually, embarrassingly, tried another company recently because we had a coupon and were short on money.  We regret not using Zimmermans again; it turned out that Zimmermans would have been cheaper (we didn't read the fine print on the coupon).  Zimmermans was trustworthy, professional, and skilled and didn't try to upsell us.  We won't hesitate to use Zimmermans in the future and will not get sucked in by coupons again!

Found this company on Angie's List.  They were prompt in responding to my inquiry, completing a quote and performing the service as planned.  Highly recommend.
