Very good experience. My 10-yr-old son, who definitely did NOT want a haircut, finally agreed to go with me when I told him it was not a "chop shop," but rather a professional salon who would not cut all his hair off. He finally relented and left really liking his stylist and his haircut. We will definitely go there again and again and again...

She spent a lot of time determining the best style for me and I love my cut!

The young woman I went to cut my hair kept cutting my bangs to even them out. The end result was a 6 year old bang cut; 2and quot;-2.5and quot; long across my forehead. I was attending a an important event soon after the haircut :( So embarrassing!

I LOVE this salon. I have been there several times and have been very impressed with the friendly staff (especially Kat!) and professionalism. The salon itself is bright and clean - when you are getting your hair washed you are laying back in a chair that massages. The color bar is a separate, semi-private section that is surrounded by some neat decor. Originally I went for corrective color because my last hairdresser really screwed things up and Kat did a great job fixing the color... she listened to what I wanted and was great about explaining every step. She is so professional and friendly - and seems up to date with training and techniques.
I went to Angie's List to find a new salon and had trouble finding any salon that had more than 3 or 4 reviews... well, I am SO glad I went with Progressions. It isn't the cheapest salon but not the most expensive and well worth it.

I was pleased overall with the services. I was greeted with a pleasant, friendly staff, and my service provider, Lilly, was very prompt and friendly too. She first examined my face and gave a few suggestions prior to the full facial. At the end of the service, she gave further suggestions as to how best to care for my skin. Overall, I was very pleased with the services and would definitely go back for future services.

They have exceptional customer service. They greet me at the door and offer something to drink. They always make me feel welcome like they are glad to see me. I look forward to go there because everybody knows my name including the people that don't do my hair or anything. They are expensive but they are worth it because you get what you pay for. My overall experience with them has been good.
