Service is great once they get your money. If something is wrong with your item, good luck coming to a solution. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau because I was getting the run around and made to feeL like it was MY fault that I didn’t get what the sales person should’ve ordered. She was having family problems at the time and was distracted. Anyway, save your time and energy and go to Furnitureland South. Always prompt replies with Furnitureland South and great customer service in getting any issues corrected.
Description of Work: I ordered a $$$$ Hancock and Moore leather sofa with the firmest cores they made. Ended up with regular, soft sofa cores. To try and get them to get the firmest ones they had to me has taken a year and I still don’t have them. Lots of run-around with this company and very unprofessional conversations, mainly in writing and via email. Also, I ordered it July 12, 2019 and didn’t get it until Dec. 30, 2019 due to the Furniture Market, whatever that meant. Furniture market is in October!

Priba blamed the shipping company for the broken leg. The shipping company (Reliable Shipping) Blamed Priba. For months I went back and forth between Priba and Reliable shipping. Finally, Priba accepted responsibility and said they would order a new chair. After many more months, they redelivered the same chair that had been poorly and noticeably repaired. Two more times this same scenario was played out. After approximately 18 months, I accepted the broken and obviously repaired chair out of shear frustration.
Description of Work: Priba Furniture failed to replace a chair that had a leg broken in transit. When placing an order the sales people were very helpful. After the order was placed the customer service was, without a doubt, the worse I have ever encountered. The representatives would not return phone calls. They did not honor their guarantee of satisfaction. I would never recommend any one to do business with Priba Furniture in Greensboro, NC.
