It went fine. I like the work of the consultant that was in the facility. She did a great job in helping us pick out tiles. What I didn't like was somehow, the price of the things that we had already picked out, the cost was completely put in to our budget. The office didn't communicate in time. It ended up costing us an additional $1600 later. We set up the time to go and fill-up the information and somehow that information did not get communicated until after we signed a contract.

Our experience was fine. The prices were fair and reasonable and we got what we wanted from our budget. Everything went well. We consulted with them and they helped us picking up the tile. We are not 100% sure about the color we chose and there was some confusion but now everything looks good. The people were very good.

Although I could've bought my tile a little cheaper using the company my contractor suggested, I chose to do business with Mosaic because of their top-notch customer service and designers. From the time I walked in, until several weeks later when I finally decided on my kitchen tile, I was treated like I was going to spend thousands! Very professional and helpful - always very quick to answer my questions and emails. Would definitely use them again!

It went excellent. This company sells upscale tile. The service and designer were both excellent. Their prices were good and the products were also. This is the place to go!
