very friendly, knowledgable staff - he explained the possible issues with the vacuum when I brought it in, and gave me an idea on the costs for repair. Highly recommended!

Out second vacuum cleaner quit working so I took both into Griffin Vacuum to get an estimate on repairs. Both vacuums repair estimates for $25 on one and $30 for the other for a total of $55.00. I left them there with the proprierter who told me I would take about a week for both. He called me in 4 days and said they were ready.....The bill came in as estimated and both have worked great ever since.
