Parts availability was the issue, on order for 1 week. They did their best to expedite to no avail. First reasonable HVAC people I've dealt with.

His name is Tommy Hand. We love him and he has been terrific. We would recommend them to anyone. They did a good job on the repair. They come when they say they will come. They do the job to high standards of acceptability. They fixed it and it continues to work so we are impressed. It is the way service used to be. They have the parts and tools. They know what they are doing. We didn't price shop, but it was what we expected. They are totally punctual; we could almost set our clock by them. They will call back if we call. They are what we expect a heat company to be and do. They are on our rolodex.
