Danny was very knowledgeable and offered the lowest cost solution. he left the original part and was willing to remove the new part if the problem was not solved. He expalined everything thouroughly, ran all tests to insure the washer was running properly. I beleive the cost was reasonable. He spent several hours evaluating and repairing. Very pleased with the service and problem was solved.

Convenient Appliance Service was punctual and professional. Upon review they found the CCU had fallen onto the tub and received a battering which caused it to fail. They quoted part price and labor, then said they would recommend replacement.

As I had such favorable service with this company before on my 'new' dishwasher, I called again for this repair. This repair was a pain-in-the-butt as the microwave had to be removed to access the oven and oven fan area for parts. As I have this in custom made cabinets that are no longer made (nor the company still around), it is imperative no damage be done on the frame (which is one milled piece). My repairman understood the concerns, and a 2nd man was made available to assist in the removal of top part of unit (microwave). Fortunately the 'whole' oven assembly didn't have to come out (as that calls for rewiring at the box as its a tight fit).
Long story short, it took 3 visits total to do the full repair with parts. The oven fan motor had to be replaced in full. (Don't ask me to rate GE, haha).
I am always completely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of this staff. They are punctual and always give you the correct day, and a and quot;trueand quot; 2 hour window. They were very conscientious of my concerns, and treat the entire work area with utmost respect and cleanliness.
This company should be a poster child on how to run an appliance service company.

They ordered the part (door latch assembly) and after talking with thermador
support a few times the unit was correctly installed.
The motorized switch needed to be bent/modified before it would

Convenient gives excellent service, they showed up quickly and were very prompt with the work. They had an overall good attitude and gave awesome advice on what we needed and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. We did have some minor issues with the stove being un-level and the temperature of the oven being set right, however, they came right back out and adjusted everything for us. I really don't remember what they had charged us for the installation, however the 2nd visit was free as it was covered by their warranty.
