NOT GOOD. I have spent several thousand dollars with this outfit over the past year. My Daughter's car needed a lot of work and I took it there and then took my own car there and found a lot of issues. The last time I was in the lobby waiting for my car to do an oil change, I watched the technician show 3 customers their little demo of what a good shock and strut was like compared to a weak one. Then here was my turn and they showed me the same thing - guess what = they said I needed new shocks and struts ($850.00)They also told me my brakes were very weak and needed to be replaced! I took this same care to an old favorite of mine and they told me that my shocks and struts were just fine and that I needed no work on my brakes. I will never go back to AAA and have lost all respect for this auto shop. I will be going to my old favorite from now on. I only wonder how much I could have saved by not taking my Daughter's car there!

I am a long time AAA member and was thrilled when the car care centers came to Greensboro. I figured if you can't trust AAA, who can you trust? Guess it depends on the location you go to. I suppose they have quotas they have to meet, but every time I have taken my car in they have been pretty busy so I don't know what's going on. I have not been back to that location and may use the other one in the future. All I can say is do your research and buyer beware!

They do good work at a good price. The people are very good. I have also received travel discounts through AAA. When I was planning my trip to Atlanta, they gave me a book with information about the states I would be traveling through. They are very reasonable.

There were some problems after the work was done and I took it back in to have them look at it. The third time I was there they found the problem and referred me to someone who could fix it. While my vehicle was being serviced, they drove me where I needed to go. I think they are a little more expensive, but I know the job will be done right.
