The technician kept me in the loop about his arrival time, and showed up on time. He took his time to diagnose the issue with my over the range microwave, and kept me informed through out the process. He even gave me enough information to make a decision about what he should try to fix and whether or not I would want to move on to a more expensive attempted repair if the first thing did not work. He had to go out and get the part for the first attempted fix - came back promptly. When that did not work, we both agreed that it will not be cost effective to move forward with further repairs. In the end, I was satisfied; I would hire this company again because they gained my trust and did an outstanding job.

Technician arrived on time and conducted thorough assessment of appliance. Diagnostics took longer than expected, but problem was identified. Extremely honest and upfront with reasonavke pricing and suggestions for replacement of appliance.

Mr. Hatfield arrived early. He explained the procedure as he completed the job. I was very pleased with the results of the repair. Since the holidays are coming up shortly, I really need the use of my dishwasher. Thanks, Mr. Hatfield

Courteous, prompt and honest cant ask for much more.

The service man, Mr. Hatfield, was very friendly. He accurately diagnosed the problem, informed us of the cost, drove to pick up the part, and repaired our oven. We were most pleased with every aspect of his service.

He diagnosed the issue, then since I told him I wanted to buy and install my own part, he showed me how to repair it, and even left things opened up for me. I got the part and installed it, and everything works great. Very helpful and great service!
