Landscaping
He cut down 6 trees and ground 5 stumps. He tore down an old fence and built half of a new one. He tore down the retaining wall and did a very shoddy job rebuilding the wall (I had to show him directions from Lowe's on how to do this.) The grading that he did was sub par. There are still tractor and tire tracks all over my yard. I ended up having to pay an extra $1,000.00 on top of what he had quoted me. James will not answer my calls and fails to grade the yard properly and finish the fence.
