I requested service via their website and was so pleased with their quick response. Michelle called me the same day! She was incredibly thorough and explained the entire process, including billing, scheduling, etc. I have a very large yard and two equally large dogs. They arrived promptly when scheduled, and cleaned the yard exactly as promised. Michelle called me toward the end of the day to follow up, explain the work performed, discuss the billing process, scheduling and future expectations. They are the perfect example of exemplary customer service! I am so pleased with them - it's the best money I've spent all week!

Friendly Courteous Reliable

Very satisfied with service. Sharon asked whether early morning appointment would be OK, she was concerned whether my dog would bark and wake me or the neighbors. I appreciated her sensitivity, especially to my neighbors.

.We have been using Poop Away service to clean out our fensed-in backyard twice a week since summer 2012, to clean up after our 2 larger sized pups. They have always been very professional. They always communicate well, communicating any changes in dates or times due to holidays and weather. They do quality work with the clean-up, are always prompt and quick, and take care to always lock our fense to keep the dogs secure,
We use them 2 x week every week, and we will continue to use their wonderful service. We highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience.

They were wonderful. They asked for how many dogs and how often I wanted them to come. They told me they would come out one Fridays and they were there every Friday rain or shine cleaning the backyard. They were very punctual about the initial request as I sent an email. I was replied to immediately and as she said she would call me later that day.. she did just that.
Main thing I wanted to put in this review is that I did not initially renew for another 6 months as I had some very sick members in my family and money had become too tight. However I just called them yesterday to resign up for the service as I was so pleased with them in the past. I did not even consider looking for anyone else.
It is absolutely wonderful going in the backyard and not having to watch where I walked. If you are tired about cleaning up and your dog or dogs, I highly recommend them.

The experience was excellent. If one has poop to be removed, this is the company to contact. They were punctual, courteous, friendly and had fair pricing. Their invoice was sent within eight hours of the provided service.

These guys are friendly, prompt, and very reasonably priced. We recently adopted two large dogs and so there was a slightly higher fee for the initial visit cleanup for our backyard, but after that, $10 a week to take care of the lawn. Chris called and gave an estimate over the phone -- it's based on the size of your yard, frequency, number of dogs, and so on. It's all laid out on their website. Is this a bit of an indulgence? You bet. But with young children and busy schedules, this is $10 a week for us well spent. We've been using them for almost two months, and they show up like clockwork, do their thing, and we have a nice looking backyard.
